Very nice location. Chalet rooms need improvement , very large and enough space for everyone for up to 6 adults family but some units required urgent repairs. On the positive note, the normal room (non chalet) are very good.

The room looks outdated. Feels like motel to me. water kettle [with all the condiments], towel, toiletries, aircond, tv available. Room quite spacious but a little bit dusty. Has decent swimming pool and close to beach [which i like d most]

All good except misleading info on check-in time”
My first time here. Arrived 10minutes early to check-in at 2pm but was informed otherwise (3pm). No big deal coz still can mendle around but please... Correct whatever misleading info. Anyway, great location, not too crowded even on school holiday. Leaking sinki in the toilet attended in 10 minutes after complaint was made. Fresh towel on request everyday.

Good points: This resort has a private beach which you can enjoy the peacefulness. During our stay, not that many people around, we had the pool to our selves!!! No so good points: 1) there is no wifi in the room 2) the lights are very dim 3) the toilet is not clean, when we check in there is Colgate stain in the sink, not properly cleaned. 4) We only get 2 channels of TV which are blur to watch. 5)We ask for small towel to put outside the toilet door, we did not get until we check out on the next day, the housekeeping claimed that not wash yet and they are run out of clean towels. 6) There is no telephone in the room to contact the receptionist, thus we have to use our phone to call the front desk if we need/ ask for anything.

Suitable for the one who need really close privacy term. Survivor type. The pool is ok but i'm not recommend the beach. The resort are lack of staff. Lack of menu variety in the cafe. 'm not recommend to my friend, but to other, it is up to them..

I hope the check in will be much more easier, though it stated after 3pm, but the resort is empty and i do believe a little bit of courtesy due to travelling with old folks and give us to check in earlier will be better. Need a lot of upgrades but the room is spacious

The staff were not motivated and only perform the bare minimum. Even serve straight from packet inedible yellow mee (without washing/blanch the residual boric acid first *cringe*) at breakfast buffet. The resort has potential, if only the management and staff willing to live up to it..
