We booked 2 bedroom villa & it was beyond expectation. Kids enjoyed the pool. The pool is not suitable for toddlers til 7-8yrs old kids as its 1.2m deep, so adults need to monitor. Villa is clean.. nice & cozy. Free breakfast delivered straight to your villa (maybe due to MCO). Nearby town, easy to get other food option, grab is not available at that area but thankfully foodpanda have the coverage in that area. Check in easy. Activities offered by the hotel are simple yet can be enjoyable. This hotel area is a man-made lake. Near to PLUS highway. if you need experience to the real sea, so this is not the place.. you may opt to go to LEXIS

Relax, Food & Cleanliness.”
We booked 2 bedroom with private swimming pool so it was not located at the Tasik but it comes with car park porch. Cleanliness well maintained. Breakfast was a big buffet spread but do hopefully in future they will served soft boiled egg. There's recreation activities(boat ride/individual or group water bicycle n etc) It's overall a family friendly place. Smooth check-in but not so smooth during check-out. Return soon with our family and friends. Keep up the cleanliness and service.

Travelled with my kids and they loved the place so much and planned to make a come back visit. Loved the jacuzzi and the balcony is so spacious. The beds are large and clean. We enjoyed the fountain show so much. Overall we had an enjoyable time here. Will return soon.

Nice Resort”
Thank you to Tasik Villa International Resort for upgrading my hotel room to a villa with a private pool for free. Appreciate it . Nice resort & nice staff . Only one thing that I hope you all could enhance is the water heater in the bathroom . We had to shower with cold water as there was no hot water. The maintenance staff came but still no hot water . Overall, a good place to rest and relax. We enjoyed to the max. Highly recommended and will surely visit again in mere future . Thank you. Stay safe .

Room was clean, buggy service was perfect, food was good, near to Pekan Lukut, MCd, petrol station, but with no beach. It's a lake We had a great time. My kids love the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful

Congrate all staff for good services, family villa 5015- no smoke detector for safety issue. Found 2 monkey outside swimming pool on morning 8/8. Of course, we will back to enjoy at Tasik Villa. Good job guys especially Housekeeping team,& Engineering team. Reception absolutely the best even deposit need to pay. Actually to inform to guest before they come to check in . Lucky I'm also in hotel industry.

Pros- credit to Ms Norain for a warm welcome and was a hero of the day who saved our bad first impression to the resort. Other staff - F&B, buggy, guard, segar city, check out (Ms Imie) were all friendly and so helpful. Thx everyone! We'll come again! Cons - the front desk lady who attended us when we first arrived has to learn more customer service skill and smile, please!

Check in was bad. ”
All guest come early shall arrange pre check in. Once reach 3pm just collect room key from reception. No need to wait. I reach at 215pm. Reception informed room not ready .cannot do per check in. I when out for site seeing. Come back at 315pm. The whole lobby is full. I have to wait for 1hour to check in. This is too bad! No other hotel practice this method.it make the guests so disappointed! Further more lobby no aircond. Worst than 1star hotel

pros: 1. very comfortable & nice family villa. Our car can be park in front of the villa. 2. really enjoyed the private pool inside the villa. 3. so much outdoor activities provided such as cycling, paddle bot, spa 4. Breakfast variety was good 5. Water fountain show also was good especially a night show. Cons : 1. Not really suitable for old folks due to double storey. 2. Should provide hanging place for dry our clothes after swimming activities in the villa. 3. Put extra towel (for swimming & bath) 4. beach is quite far from the hotel But overall, we really enjoyed our stay. will come back again

We had a one-day, one night family trip. After enjoying excellent breakfast, we went to rent a bike using the vouchers given. My son had an accident and was quite badly injured. The staff came to assist immediately and offered to send us to hospital without additional charge. The driver stayed with us until he was sure that my son was fine and sent us back to the hotel. My family waiting in the hotel told us that they sent people to check on us frequently to ensure that my son was fine. We truly appreciated the exceptional services provided.
