The room wasn’t clean. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The wall was thin and it is on a busy street so it’s very noisy. The shower didn’t work and we had to wait until the next morning to get it fixed.

Lovely stay ”
From start to finish it was a very easy process. I got my confirmation email on Friday night with a number to call to check in, the woman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, bank details where passed over for security deposit but no money taken out from this. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our night out, hairdryer and iron with ironing board if needed. Room looking out to the cavern club on Matthew street, was a perfect location for ourselves. Very clean and comfy bed too. We were also able to check in early for a small fee so we didn’t have to carry our bags around until 3pm. However we did get given the option to leave our bags in a holding room by reception for free. The only downside to this room was when it was cleaned before us going in the bathroom did have bleach on the floor where it wasn’t mopped up properly which have dyed my black jeans after getting in the shower and me leaving my clothes on the floor. But at least we knew it was cleaned so not a massive issue. Would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you.

Serviced apartments. 5th floor but still hear music until I left at 5.15am Was asked for £100 cash deposit at check in. I refused as nothing mentioned on terms & conditions. On check out no one was about so left key. Great apartment to be fair just too loud.

Apartment was small but ideal, loves it had kettle and a toaster and a washer/dryer in the studio, though this was ideal, the light in the bathroom above the shower wasn’t worker which made having a shower a little dim ! And no extractor fan in heath room which was unusual considering no windows. Basic but complete and all you could wish for, ideal location in the city centre not far from anything, close to dale street train state and the cavern club , Mathews street etc

Was a 10 min walk from the bus/ train station which was manageable. Had some good restaurants, convenience stores and bars downstairs which is convenient for food options. Was offered room 48 which had a bunkered pen house upper floor which was the living and dining area + kitchen so that was unique Showers water pressure was good and comforting Bed was slightly springy and not exactly the newest or the cleanest Similar to other reviews, I could hear the pub scene from my room 48 which did wake me up 3 times at night, but once you fall asleep it isn’t that bad.

Beware of Security Deposit”
They only told us about the security deposit the morning of the booking. They asked me to ring them to give them £300 over the phone in order to access the property. I felt very uncomfortable making this payment over the phone and refused to pay it since on Agoda there is no mention of a security deposit, and if there was and I knew about the process of how to access the property, I wouldn’t have booked it. There’s also no reception there so no one could help us. I’ve asked for a full refund due to false advertisement but still disputing my claim through PayPal.

A great apartment”
We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and we were really pleased with it. It was spotlessly clean and spacious and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It's central location meant that you didn't need to walk far to the shops, restaurants and pubs. Although the noise from the clubs outside coud be heard in the room that didn't bother us as it 'lulled us to sleep.' However I feel that a blackout blind in one of the windows would have been far better than the white one as the room was permanently illuminated from the neon lights outside. Apart from that it was a great place to stay.

所訂房間看圖片有兩扇窗戶，到現場卻發現是不能打開，房間又沒有空調，令房內比較悶熱，訂了三晚，沒有一個晚上能睡好，這點不是很滿意。 工作人員很友善。

4인실인데 거실도 있고 방도 2개, 간이 주방시설도 있어 지내기 편리했어요!!! 숙소 바닥도 마루이고 화장실도 넓고 전체적으로 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어 지내기 좋았어요! 1월말인데 난방도 너무 잘 되어 더울 정도였어요~^^ 다만 숙소 직원들의 근무시간이 짧아 체크아웃이나 짐맡기기 불편했어요... 그리고 호텔이고 3박을 했는데도 타월을 매일 바꾸어주지는 않았어요...
