New hotel a bit far from the town”

The hotel was quite difficult to find as it was hidden away down some very narrow alleyways in a little village outside of Nakhon Phanom. The original rooms we booked were internal facing so had no natural light. We asked to move to a room with a proper window (apparently these are slightly more expensive) but the staff were very accommodating, even though we had already used the shower in the original room, they were happy to move us and let us pay the difference. There was some breakfast provided at the hotel, but the food was not great, and there was no choice offered - we were just given whatever had been prepared that day. Also, although there was a coffee shop on the grounds it was never open. This was a bit inconvenient given the hotel was so remote and there were no other places to get food or drink within walking distance. We visited the spa during our stay and had an excellent aromatherapy massage and facial, which was very reasonably priced. The hotel was worth the visit for the use of the spa, but if not for this I would probably not return.

It was a very good accommodation for my trip. I love this hotel. If I have a chance to visit Nakorn Phanom again in the future, here is my first choice. The hotel is new and clean. Plus, the staffs are very nice and friendly. Their services are great. I recommend this hotel for your holidays.

Not recommended if with young children”

I booked 3 rooms for myself and Thai family. We had the VIP room well if was no different to the rest. My brother-in-law took his 2 young children along with us. At 14:30 in the afternoon the receptionist knocked on my brothers doors and asked him to stop one of his children from laughing. The hotel was 80% empty! The following morning breakfast came served up cooked the night before with cling film over the plate. I would not recommend this hotel far better ones in the same area. Same I will not be returning.

Next room to us was a dozen of card players very loud playing money yo the early morning hours.cannot sleep wife complaint to owner manager he did not do a think about it. I will never go back again.

Didn't get the 'garden view' room we booked but there didn't seem to be much difference. Room was good size, clean, bed comfortable, TV flat screen, however breakfast (in the rate) was underwhelming.

Good hotel but very inconvenient location ”

Nakhon phanom is challenging for intl tourists as only few people can speak English.

Ants all over room, bad food at cafe”

Extremely expensive for the room. It was a very busy time, so perhaps that's why but we were very disappointed. Massages next door were the best we've had in Thailand but also the most expensive. We checked in to find ants in sink, on counter, on floor, on walls, even in bed. Maid service on second day helped but ants were back by that night. Friendly staff but sloppy overall.

Das Hotel ist ca. 6 KM von Nakhon Phanom entfernt. Anbindung eher schlecht. Ich habe mir ein Motorbike geliehen, somit war ich flexibel. Dieses mal war mein Bett nicht frisch bezogen, man hat sich aber direkt drum gekümmert - Obwohl der ausgetauschte Bezug auch nicht gerade top war.

Es ist ca. 8km von Nakorn Panom Flughafen und ca. 14km von Innen Stadt. Umgebung ist Befriedigung. Hotel etwas von Hauptstraßen versteckt also Ruhig. Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Gibt reichliches Auswahl an Frühstücken. SERVICE EXZELLENZ. Preis Leistung sehr angemessen. Kann weiter empfehlen.

部屋は、そこそこ問題にならない。歯ブラシ、シャンプーセット等用意してある。近く（歩いて10分かかるけど）の水族館などに用がなければ、市内中心部の宿泊が良い。通りでソンテウ待っててもなかなか来ません。車以外の方には、お勧めできません。
