Quiet retreat away from busy streets ”
Nice and helpful staff nice pool and beautiful older hotel with a lift-room was simple yet very clean —I appreciated the quiet after being in busy crowds and streets nice little bar, coffeehouse and a high end grocer as well as a little convenience store all convenient to the hotel-also within easy walking distance to all sites.

5 min walk to the Hoi An city centre ”
Very close proximity to the city centre! Walkable and bright lights along the streets. Not much facilities but not an issue taking into consideration the price paid.

Very helpful staff. Clean & comfortable. Near to many amenities and good eateries. Easy accesd to many places of attractions. Suitable for everyone. For those who look for Muslim food, Baba's Kitchen within walking distance from the hotel.

Overall this hotel has a great location, the staff is knowledgeable and great value for price paid. Pro - Location is amazing and only about a 7 min walk to city centre - Spacious rooms with clean washroom - I made requests to 3 different staff and each one went above and beyond. Staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating Con - Some parts of the hotel are dated such as the rooms and pools - There is one router on each floor and we were placed in the rooms furthest from the router and could not access wifi in our rooms - TV do not work

Room was comfortable and clean. Hot water and air conditioning worked fine. Quiet location close to river and old town.

Reasonable Price With good Location”
The room was spacious, and the Location was not far from Hoian Center. During Tet Holiday, the hotel didn't any ABF so I can't tell it good or not. The toilet was not good as Picture because of no ventilator in the toilet.

Chaotic slow check in ”
When I check in my room has no mineral water drinks , I had breakfast and there is not enough food at 8am, at one point staff says we don’t inlclude breakfast when we booked , then need to show booking before the staff apologise . Noise from swimming pool area can be heard in the room clearly during the day

Friendly staff, some services they offer (laundry, motorbike rental, tours) are a bit more expensive than getting quotes from outside. Hotel was in a good location and bed comfortable. Two things of note- the swimming pool has turned green from algae due to poor circulation/cleaning and was actually not usable, and getting hot water in the showers was hit and miss.

Clean room, However very basic breakfast options. Breakfast was very oily and cold and the pots and lids used in the breakfast warmer were covered with dust. No customer service team available to assist on scene during breakfast. We did not eat breakfast as it was fealthy. Other than that room was clean and the hotel is in walking distance to everything.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are very good. However, there was no warm water available for almost all day long. The clerk at the reception gave to the taxi driver completely wrong indications and we had to pay for a much longer ride.
