Nice location, Great Staff, Excellent Breakfast, Good Value!”
Overall a very pleasant stay for sure and I highly recommend them; very good value. The entire staff, especially the front desk team, manager, and breakfast crew was very professional, extremely accommodating, and always super friendly. I stayed a full week, The hotel was sometimes busy and yet often not at all. Still, they always did their very best and even happily & perfectly arranged my airport pickup, motorbike rental, and train departure ticket. Be aware though that motorbike rentals usually DO NOT come with a full tank of fuel. Mine was actually virtually empty! Plus, fuel stations are generally much more scarce in Vietnam than in a country like Thailand for example. On the negative side, like many places in Vietnam cigarette smoking is a rampant & significant issue. Be aware this hotel is not immune from smokers ignoring "no-smoking rules" too. When they did on my floor during my stay, smelly smoke would easily find it's way into my room. Controlling no-smoking rules better is my only recommendation to them. But again heavy smoking by the men mainly seems to unfortunately be entrenched in the Vietnamese culture. Lastly, the nice central Hue location made it very easy to walk around the area and experience lots of places to eat and drink.

Really loved the service of this hotel helping my honey and I. The help they provided with helping us find tourist attractions to go to was really good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Amazing Homestay on a beautiful island”
There aren't enough positive words in the English dictionary to describe how amazing this homestay is. The house is beautifully situated in front of the pier, at which you arrive on the island. The family which owns the house and hosted us for three days went out of their way to make sure that we felt as welcome as possible. They took care of us after we were forced to stay on the island longer than expected due to weather conditions that stopped boats from coming to and from the island. Also, they make, by far, the best Bahn mi and cook the best seafood on this island! Thank you!

Overall, a decent place to stay. Conveniently located, and walking distance to many food and drink outlets and a stroll to the Imperial Palace. Towels were clean and fluffy. One area for improvement is the airconditioning. Could not cool the room fast enough and was dripping water the last night I was there.
