The hotel was in a good location. Nice and helpful staff. The problem was the bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom. Otherwise very good.

Utterly useless staff”

We booked this hotel because all the other hotels on Cat Ba were fully booked on the weekend we were there. It's relatively expensive for what you get (which is basically nothing). There are much better and cheaper hotels on Cat Ba that can be booked when you arrive. The rooms are dirty, the sheets were dirty and never changed, you only get one towel in the room, even if you are two people and even if you tell them *every day* that you want two towels. There is no cafe, no fridge, no phone. The water heater in the bathroom is an electrical hazard, as it's not grounded and it's just connected with twisted wires and some tape. The staff is polite, but utterly useless as they don't know any English and don't really know how to run a hotel. Wouldn't stay here again. You get hotels just as good if you just go there and talk to people on the street.

No free drinking water. Polite staff, but dont speak any english. Room was not cleaned, dirty bed sheet, only one towel for a double room.

I have never seen a hotel , so dirty and discusting! I stayed there because It was to late and there weren't more available hotels on the place! The completely hotel was so filthy and I don't want to mention anything about the toilet because I have no words!

La camera era sporca, puzzava il cane bagnato ! A partire dalle 5h impossibile dormire, troppo rumore nel corridoio! L'ultimo giorno / notte niente internet e niente elettricità durante la notte ! L'acqua che doveva essere gratis volevano farcela pagare, abbiamo rifiutato ! Questo hotel non vale il suo prezzo !!!

房间卫生不到位没做到一客一换，晚上停电将近二小时别家宾馆都有自备发电机而我们只能在黑暗中度过，员工服务友好和善。

Khách sạn có địa điểm tốt. Ông chủ vui tính, thân thiệt. Đồ ăn tươi và giá cả hợp lý. Đặc biệt khách sạn không nâng giá những ngày lễ, tết. Chất lượng phòng bình thường nhưng so với Cát Bà là tương đối tốt. Sẽ chọn Thanh Sơn cho kỳ nghỉ tiếp theo

Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất vui khi ở khách sạn Thanh Sơn, nhân viên ở đây nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Tôi được bố trí ở tầng 4 nên rất thoáng có thể nhìn ra phía núi đằng sau, khi ngồi trong phòng nhỉ ngơi nhìn qua cửa sổ thấy đàn dê đang kiếm ăn trên núi con trai tôi thích lắm, nó ấn tượng mãi. Tuy nhiên ở đây không có thanhg máy nên trèo cầu thang hơi mệt, phòng ở đây không có tủ lạnh nên hơi bất tiện nhưng nếu có đồ cần để tủ lạnh thì khách sạn cũng cho mình gửi nên cũng đỡ. Một góp ý nho nhỏ nữa dành cho khách sạn là nhân viên dọn phòng nên chuyên nghiệp hơn vì dọn phòng chưa được kỹ.

От пляжей 3 - 4 километра, завтраков нет, поесть можно только в городке, где обслуживание очень невнимательное. В номере нет холодильника, но много насекомых. Заявленный Wi Fi - только у стойки регистрации. Удобное место, чтобы просто переночевать.
