Clean, simple, good location ”
This was a good place to stay in downtown Can Tho. It was right near the water and the market. It was simple (we were in one with no windows) but nice and clean. Good place to sleep which is pretty much all we use it for. There was no restaurant at the hotel but there were lots of options nearby.

comfortable and quiet”
It took my motorbike driver a little while to find this hotel, even though I had an address and it's on a main street. This could have been due to my booking being right before Tet, though, as the streets were crazy-filled with people. I booked into a room with no window as it was cheaper. There was a mini-fridge, hot water shower in it's own cubicle (which was a nice change) cable TV, a mini-bar and giant king-sized bed. And Air-con. I think I got my money's worth. The hotel is located right along the canal and only a hop skip and jump from the pier to go to the floating markets. There's afew markets nearby and a a few restaurants with great and cheap food. I had to leave early in the morning to catch my bus, and the gate (security) was still locked. The front desk clerk was asleep on a cot behind the desk, so I had to wake her up, check out and get my passport back. It was easy. This hotel does have a curfew, so be aware if you want to go out.

Near Floating Market but Far from restaurants”
It was alright but the staff booked the wrong tour for us. We wanted to have the 7-hour tour to My Tho as well but they booked the 4-hour tour just in Mekong Floating market. The hotel staff also did not tell us where the big shopping area was. As a result, we only went to the small one which was nearby and only saw the big one when our driver drove past it on our way back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Good base for a trip on the Mekong”
This hotel was recommended to us by our private tour guide who picked us up from the hotel at 5 a.m. to take us on a boat trip on the Mekong. Checkout was organised for the early start no problem. We only used the hotel to sleep at but had no issues with the room itself.

Clean room on the riverfront”
We stayed for 2 nights. The room was small but clean and functional. Cheap rooms have no window. The staff are very friendly and helped us get back to the bus station even contacting our tour agent in Ho Chi Minh to sort out details for us. We found the location was what made this hotel a gem...right next to the pier and night markets!

Low cost but pleasant & helpful hotel”
One of my family mistakenly left his wedding ring in the room, only to realise later, when we were on a boat in the Mekong. The hotel not only found the ring and reported to us about the valuable item, but they also packaged it discreetly and sent it to Saigon by bus (the post would not accept gold) for us to collect it later

Pros: clean room, bedding, towel and bathroom, location opposite pier, safe and friendly staff. Cons: bed bit hard, aircon took sometime to cool room (not big issue tho) and hot water not that hot. Would stay here because pros overweigh cons

Pleasant and good location”
Didn't plan the location, but this hotel was in the middle of everything including markets, good restaurant options, fresh fruit and access to the boat cruise that we boarded in the morning. Called a taxi without realising that it was only 200m walk!

Ok for one night”
We stayed here only to get the early morning boat ride to Cai Rang water market. Our room was basic and quite clean, and was sufficient for one night. The only problem we had was that there were tiny flies (like sandflies) in the room and we had 1 or 2 suspicious bites when we woke up. We probably would not stay here for a second night, despite the cheap price! Other than that, we loved the location as it was directly across the river where we got our boat trip. Also, there were loads of great local eateries and food stalls right outisde the hotel. The staff was friendly but did not speak much English. For one of the best Vietnamese coffees ever, turn right from the hotel, cross the street and head for the first stall in front.

Good Location, Rooms were small but clean and very ok, we only stayed one night so it was very ok. The biggest pleasure we had with the staff. Because we were travelling in the time of the tet-fest it was harder than usual to get any transfer servides, but the staff did a few phone calls and booked everything for us (bus ticket to Rach Gia and a ferry to Phu Quoc) which worked also really well! Thanks again!

Clean , central location, spacious room”
Staff did not speak much english but enough to be understood. We booked a front room which had a balcony overlooking the street and river, it was great to sit out and watch the passing day on both. Family with 2 children the room was roomy enough for all or us, bathroom had a glass screen so the whole area did not get wet. Room serviced daily, clean and lovley furishings

Common accomodation in average sized hotel”
Very basic hotel. We tried a room without a window - never again... the Room was small and it was noisy on the floor. The bathroom was not perfectly clean, but okay. Service was good, including one english speaking staffmember!!! Location: directly at a park near the riverside - a lot of sea food restaurants around.
