A well-located hotel with good value for money”
This hotel is good value for money, and its location is perfect: close to many malls, a lot of restaurants, it is pretty convenient and central, for leisure and business travelers alike. A little downside is that the food is not that great, but everyhting else makes up for it, from the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff to the location.

Comfortable and delicious food”
I had a solo staycation at this hotel. The room was just enough for single traveler, very compact and clean as it's a new building. Breakfast was fantastic, they had cotton candy and popcorn to fulfill my daughter's sweet tooth when they arrived the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would consider staying there again for my next staycation.

I really liked my stay here! The room was clean and smells good when I entered it. The bed and the pillows were soft and comfortable. My room was in the 9th floor and it got a great view, facing Taman Gajah. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, I called the receptionist to ask if there’s a package for me and they told me to wait and will inform me, but after around 3 minutes their staff delivered the package directly to my room. I wasn’t expecting that! The only - point is that the room is not soundproof, maybe because I stayed in a room with a connecting door.

They gave me free room upgrade because there is no other Deluxe Twin Bed available. Great facilities and services. I love the room, very comfortable with modern design. Breakfast has a lot of variants. From Indonesian food to Japanese food. I had enjoyed swimming pool and gym too. I highly recommended this hotel!

Great location and is easy to get around to/from. Located within a busy area, but the hotel is quiet, making it a perfect place to stay/rest. Lots of food and cafes (coffee) around. Parking slots are abundant, although sometimes packed. Blok A MRT Station is within a walking distance. Rooms are generally clean, staffs are accommodating, helpful, and resourceful.

Nice hotel. Hotel is located next to a somewhat deserted mall. Even though there is not much shops, basic necessities like supermarket and cafes are covered. Hotel is clean, modern, and spacious. Great for business purpose. One thing lacking is express check out.

A wonderful wedding anniv cake was the best of all. Location strategic to Kemang, Blok M area with lots of good restaurants and inside mall complex. Bfast buffet was brilliant with tuna sashimi & great pastries with strong coffee. Will be back!
