Very nice staff”
No argue for location, this hotel located near to the busiest spot in Jogja,,not too closed with malioboro street so we can enjoy night with less crowded, but we also can reach malioboro area by scooter with less than 5mnt. Staff is very nice, receptionist explain all the thing perfectly and they give us 2 room card without we ask for it. During breakfast also the staff lead us to available table for 5 so we dont have to find by ourselves... we stay in group and they have room with connecting door so its perfect stay. Pool is not too big so room with pool access is not too recommended because its not giving us too much previlage especially when pool is crowded.

Best Service Tugu-Malioboro Hotels”
My 4th 1o1 Hotels. Stay for two nights at Merapi Balcony View room. The service is best like the others 1o1. Got complimentary for dinner Eatimate and a box of Bakpia for free, that's I'm not expected. The location is perfect to stroll around Jogja city, especially Malioboro. The breakfast, even near Malio which is center of culinary, 1o1 still try to serve the best breakfast experience. Kak Silvi give the best service during my breakfast time, thank you. For complimentary Eatimate at Saturday Night, 1o1 provide dining buffet and live music, come at 7pm not too crowded, the guests maybe having dinner outside near Malioboro, but 1o1 staff still give their best services to us that come down to eat. The room is same as like others 1o1, open air corridor, not really sound proof, I can hear other person speaking if they talk to loud, and also can hear the train horn or motorcycles. But with they location, price and excellent service, I don't mind. On my last day, I see 1o1 Tugu Jogja have their 8th Anniversary. Congrats. That's become the downside, room appliance seems getting old. My electric kettle cable is broken, try to heat some water, got fireworks sparkling from the cable, lucky the MCB turn off before something bad happens. Call the front desk and couple minutes, they already fixed that. So that' all. I hope 1o1 Tugu Jogja in their 8th Anniversary keep they spirit and excellent service.

- strategically located near tugu statue, downtown, malioboro street - swimming pool available for kids - good variety of local foods, not ao much on western food if you'd prefer so - free valet parking - very friendly and helpful staff...even dropped your gofood to your room multiple times a day😁😄 - every room has balcony with city or pool view - must try riding becak, electric bicycle/otoped just in front of the hotel....it's fun for the kids and adults too

Insect and employees ”
Hotel was so nice and near by city center. Unfortunately I found couples of bug “TOMCAT” in the bed , on the floor and table . Small bug but very dangerous if they bite . Hope hotel management do pest control. Also the employees was friendly , but they never greet anyone who stay at the hotel . One of the receptionist I don’t know he was a male and not that friendly . I forgot his name . But overall hotel was the best .
