Love staying here on the weekends as A Venue has an underground indoor garage with free parking if you're a guest, unlike most of the other surrounding hotels that only have valet and outdoor parking. Fast checkin. Comfortable rooms. Stayed at A Venue Hotel this time as you are shuffled around between there, Serenity Suites or Antel based on availability. Only problem I had with the room was it took a long time for water to get warm, and it was lukewarm at best.

Highly recommended hotel”
The location was great. There's a grocery nearby, resto and fastfoods are nearby. Century mall is walking distance. Free parking is available once the ticket is validated. There is a security deposit for 3k which is refundable upon checkout. The 4 pool were super nice and big so it did not get too crowded even when there is plenty of guests swimming. The room was spacious and plates, glasses can be used. Microwave and kettle for hot water can be used too. Only prob was the cable connection of the tv in the bedroom was defective. But other than that, the hotel gets 5 stars from us.

Above and Beyond”
Arron @ the front desk went above and beyond. When checking in, I advised it was likely that I would extend another day. When I called front desk to extend, they said I MUST do so online as I originally booked online. When booking online, Agoda messed the dates but Arron was able to work magic and fix. In addition, they had an infant crib sent to the room ASAP, no extra charge!! highly recommend, staff was great and being right across from SM market, dining and FAST Grab drivers.

Exceptional”
The staffs were really nice! Even if some of the pieces of furniture already need refurbishing, the room already had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms are competitively priced, significantly lower than other hotels, and the location is really great. A. Venue is near Century Mall and a lot of restaurants. The staffs are always willing to help you with anything, be it carrying large grocery bags, or just with opening the door for you. We really recommend this place for a short stay in Makati.

I love how clean and how spacious the room is. I love their pool. The problem is that it took too long to give us our room. We waited for almost an hour but all in all it was a great stay.

Exceptional”
I really did not expect that very nice accommodation since I booked it as the cheapest. Thank you A.Venue/Agoda for such a huge room with sala and kitchen. Our kids enjoyed a lot. The only thing that is not really good is the number of persons allowed for swimming are only 3. As parents, we did not swim at all, but overall we have a great stay.

We got a room that has a small dining and living area separated from the bedroom. There is a deposit of 3k when you check in and will be return upon check out. Too bad we were not able to experience the pool as we were catching a very early flight. Location is great, there is grocery in front of the building, restaurants around a mall near it.

A. Venue is one of the best hotels in Makati. We were surprised with the room upgrade since the hotel ran out of the type of room that we have reserved. Staff are so accommodating and warm, especially the housekeeping. They have provided all our needs and requests.

My usual go to hotel when coming to Makati. Underground indoor self parking garage. Decent rooms with decent water pressure and comfy bed. Late checkout without a hassle at all. Close to nightlife. And decent price. Would always come back.

Millionth Stay, Millionth Review”
Being a regular here, we love staying at A Venue. Location and hotel in the form of an apartment. Just the elevator issue crammed with Chinese. Chinese have invaded Makati recently and especially in A Venue, be advised. Other than that, great value.

Stay here was awesome as usual except for the fact that we had to go down to the lobby each day as the keycard would not work each day. Water took long to get hot. Air con made LOUD noise and definitely needed some serviceing.

Comfortable Holiday Staycation”
Pros: Parking provided. It is near restaurants, convenience stores and shopping malls. The room is clean and good enough for 2. The bed and pillows are comfy. Towels, toiletries, coffee, mugs, utensils were provided. Wifi worked well the entire stay. Cons: No couch as advertised. Room is a bit pricey for its size.

I always stay here yet asked to write a review every time. Pretty annoying but hey, very comfortable stay as always. Location across from Royal and Century Mall. Parking is a bit tight and it's free if staying there. Enjoyed my stay and will be a repeat customer.
