If you would like to stay near by bến thành market this is a hotel to pick. Room size is not large but comfortable for a couple. Hot water with high pressure is what I enjoyed everyday after 8hrs of walking around. Staffs are very polite and helpful. I have no issue to coming back to this hotel again. Highly recommend!

- The lady who is the reception was amazing ! We really appreciated her. She really has service mind that give us the recommend location both local food and landmark for sightseeing to visit during our trip. - The room is very clean and tidy but the freeze isn’t cool enough. -Breakfast is also good! There’s full option even for vegetarian person. -A bit noise from the road but not disturb sleeping time … it’s quiet place compare with the downtown! -10/10 from Thailand

Nice and cosy boutique hotel”
Small boutique hotel that is modern looking and has an excellent location that puts you within walking distance of Ben Thanh market, Independence Palace, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Saigon Center, CGV Liberty Cinema, a 24-hour Ministop convenence store, Highlands Coffee, Katinat cafe, and eateries. Room (very nicely designed) isn't that big, but is comfy and minimalist enough with the usual necessities like a safe box, mini-fridge (can't tell if it's really working), toiletries, and etc. Pillow was too soft though for me. It was unfortunate that my room was next to a construction site, and they were working throughout the night even on weekends until 1-2am, so bring the ear plugs. Room is cleaned every day if desired and complimentary bottles of mineral water are provided as well. Wifi could be stronger. Good for a return stay if coming back.

Had a great stay at Akoya. At first, I didn't expect much as I thought I was booking a budget hotel. But they way exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and spacious, with diligent housekeeping and ample space for hanging clothes. Also, a very clean bathroom. Staff @ reception were very friendly and helpful, even when I was planning on booking a tour. The breakfast too, was varied and covered all the beats from fresh fruit to eggs to croissants and more. Location wise, Akoya is a very walkable distance from most spots in District 1 - Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, and all the monuments. All in all, definitely recommended.

Amazing value for money”
Had a great stay here. It's in a convenient location and in walking distance to many sights. The room is very spacious and the facilities are very clean and modern. Even though we had a window room facing the road, there was little to no noise pollution. Staff were efficient and allowed us to check-in early. The 24-hour front desk was appreciated as we had to check out at midnight. The real star is the jolly security man who always made an effort to wave to us (even got a double hand wave once)! Make sure you say hi to him!

We walked almost the whole way ! The room was small, but it had everything it should have, and it was very clean 👍🏻Front counter staff always reminds us to keep our bags safe when we go out. They also advise us where we could go when I’ve no any idea. They provided 24 hours front counter service. I’ll choose this hotel again next time !

The hotel located in the middle of the city! You can walk to tourist spots within 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and shopping place around the hotel. Also there are local market too. The staff can speak English very well and they all helpful. I arrived at 1 am in the morning but they still waiting for me! The room is big and clean. Recommend for everyone!!!! 💖

-The view from the top floor was incredible. -The Lady at reception was kind and gentle. -The facilities are fully furbished as required. -The price was reasonable compare to the others nearby -Its safe due to There’s security guard standby -Excellence service!! we can put the luggage before and after check in hotel. Don’t worry to lost your luggage. -The freeze in the room wasn’t cool enough. -The sign of hotel quite small .. maybe need to make it bigger to easier to find this hotel.

The hotel is located very near Ben Thanh market and other attractions too, there is also a minimart downstairs and several eateries and cafes nearby. Room was clean and all the basic toiletries were provided as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Overall 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Comfortable Stay at Akoya”
I had a comfortable stay at Akoya. The hotel is located just opposite to Ben Tanh market and central to many attractions. The room I got was bit small but was kept clean and maintained by staff every day. Aminities were basic. All front desk, houskeeping staff, security guard I interacted with were fabulous and always eager to help. Great value for money with excellent staff. Recommended.

Exceptional”
It's a small hotel, but we love the room and location. Clean, cozy and best sleep ever during our stay. and near a mini mart and Benh Tanh market. The staff were so helpful although we just stayed there for 1night. They even called our next hotel to let them know that we will be coming late (due to airplane reschedule). Really grateful for the help. Although some say we only need one day to stay in Saigon...but definitely will come back again.

Akoya is nearby all the tourist attractions, convenience store, and cafes! It’s also very bang for your buck—the room is kept clean every day, the rooms can be cold enough (Saigon can get hot like the Philippines), the staff is accommodating and they let us check in early!

Love the mattress as it's a bit hard, just to my liking. Hotel is very clean, may be it's new. Location is great as it's just near the ben tanh market, about 3 min walking. Friendly staff and hassle free check in/out process.
