Excellent location.. nice clean and quiet place”
I really enjoyed my small stay at Neo plus. I wish I had booked it for longer. Pros: it’s great location.. not too far from airport, nice and clean room.. pretty quiet too.. great selection of breakfast in morning.. hotel staff is also helpful in suggesting places to see.. Cons: only couple of things I can think about.. may be it wasn’t within their control but here it is - there was really bad smell near hotel reception the way I was checking out - don’t know where and how but certainly not pleasing - water pressure in bathroom - I have noticed the water pressure is pretty low all over whichever hotel you go But apart from that it was great stay and I will surely come back for longer stay if I visit again

Awesome & amazing hotel with warmth welcome! Stayed on 27-29 Dec, the check-in was handle by Ms. EMMA, she was sweet and friendly. Room was not ready at 12pm so we decided to have lunch. She later texted us that the room was ready & help us to check-in , was upgraded from Deluxe to Premier Deluxe. The room was clean & fresh, breakfast was fantastic with wide spread of dishes. I definitely will be back

Had a great stay. Loved the breakfast variety especially their local delights. Awesome western breakfast. Strategic location to get tourist attraction places. Attentive staffs and friendly concierge personnel. The hotel is right next to a local famous restaurant which is worth every penny.

yummy breakfast, helpful & friendly staffs, nice bathroom, clean room & unlimited mineral water. located in malioboro area. but a bit far from malioboro street. i love how it takes only 10 mins to reach tamansari water castle and few steps to gudeg yudjum. thankyou!

We’re so happy to be there. When we are passing the staff, they give the best smile to us. And when I ask a question about the hotel, they are answer it with happy face. All of the facilities are good, the room and they have a nice swimming pool, escpecially they have a kids pool. I love it. I think when we are coming back to jogja, we must stay in that hotel.

I and family with 2 children had reserved 2 deluxe rooms for 3 nights..Staff was very nice, good location and close to Alun2 Kidul..The variety of food in restaurant was quite good..However, room was not provided with water, we have to take from dispenser which locate out of the room
