The Belfry Whitby is only 2 minutes' walk to Whitby's West Cliff and 6 minutes' walk to the town centre's beach, historic harbour, and restaurants, bars and cafes. Nearby attractions include the 199 steps and Whitby Abbey, which are 16 minutes' walk from the hotel. North Moors National Park is only 24 minutes' drive from The Belfry Whitby. The breakfast was excellent,ranging from full English to Greek yogurt and summer fruits. The room was immaculate,the bed was so comfortable, I slept longer than I had expected,excellent bathroom , I had to drag myself way from the shower, perfect........ Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable.
Well , of course a sea view. On saying that I would have spend more time in the hotel instead of seeing Whitby.

Very tidy and clean. Will definitely consider staying here again for a longer period. Very good location close to all the restaurants, pubs and attractions.

Wonderful stay, loved it. Spacious, airy and spotlessly clean room. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Wonderful host (taking care of the property whilst owners away). Quiet street, able to relax and rest - great night’s sleep every night there. Very short walk to town centre.

There is not a mini fridge in the room but there is use of a communal fridge in the lounge with fresh milk.

Another fabulous stay at The Belfry. Can't fault it, the rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds, and the breakfast choice is always great with daily specials in addition to the regular cooked breakfast menu. Friendly owners/staff and attention to detail, with the tasteful decor kept in pristine condition make The Belfry an outstanding B&B.
