We had a pleasant stay at Aston Bellevue Radio Dalam. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are clean and well-kept. The only thing that could be better is that the air-conditioning inside the rooms are not in tip top condition and it's on only fan mode - gets really warm sometimes. Elevators are move super slowly and one was not working (there are only two)

Everything is good until I ate my breakfast”
I like the place, its services, its facilities, everything is good but you need to go outside your room to get a drink. It seems you need more effort to drink but you can have as much as you want from the dispenser. And yup, morning comes and i get my breakfast, holy sunshine, I need to go downstairs while many hotels bring their food to the rooms since the pandemic. At the restaurant I don't have option but friend rice, fruit and bread. Let's start with the first food I eat, fried rice, I don't even get the taste it was like brown coloured rice without any taste, it was bitter while the chicken felt so salty. The jam was not sweet at all and so the fruit. I choose this place because it was "aston" and I believe they got pretty well standart. I feel very disappointed for the breakfast but everything beside that is fine.

There was a bit problem contacting the hotel, like I've tried to contact them for 7 times but at the 8th finally they answered and thank goodness they were helpful, our room was spacious but unfortunately the sink was kinda mampet, nothing special about the pool, the breakfast menu is normal.

I always love the hotel, it's small but cozy. However, we couldnt find a refrigerator, which was such a bummer. Nonetheless, it was pretty decent. It's a 5-minute walk to Pondok Indah Mall.
