A home away from home”
Pros; Outstanding value - Spacious & clean. Comparatively inexpensive when you consider housing a group of 12 in a hotel. We think it's great for extended families or a group. WiFi signal was strong enough and there was a decent amount of kitchen utensils offered. Don't expect 5star service but staff are helpful and responsive. They ensured we had a wheelchair friendly room on the ground floor upon booking and even texted us a day before arrival if we needed more support from them. Cons Need a car to move around . We were disappointed that we could only watch limited movies...then again, why come to Malacca to watch movies?

Great Getaway for Family”
We were generally very happy with our stay at The Bliss. We were greeted warmly upon arrival by a staff and the place just smelt so nice, scented with lemon grass essential oil. The rooms were clean and the location was strategically at the heart of malacca town.

Amazing place for a huge family vacation in Malacca”
We had an amazing time in Bliss. The home was clean, spacious, safe and came with great facilities that you would need during your stay. The management was very accommodating and were willing to extend their best service to us during the stay. The location is very strategic whereby it takes approx 5 minutes to city centre which was convenient for us however would strongly advice that you drive if you are staying there as I hardly saw any public transport nearby. There were poor coverage for mobile phones in that area but well... if you are on a holiday, you shouldnt be needing your phone right. Anyway thank you for the great hospitality and would love to come back here again.

Good Location With Great Pub and Food Nearby”
This is more like an Airbnb concept, where the owner rent out individual rooms of his terrace house. The person in charge is very friendly and once he received my order, he immediately whatsapp me for the approximate time and ask for any special arrangements for us. Talk about caring. The house location is slightly further in from the road, but not too far in, and in fact, after reaching the hotel in the night time, we parked our car, then walk out from the house to Todd's pub for food and drinks, and of course entertainment ! The room is clean and knowing that we have 4 person sharing a room, there was 4 toothbrushes for us. Unlimited crackers, coffee and teas at the ground floor pantry, and really, it made us feels like going home rather than staying in a hotel. Will definitely come back again!

We booked santorini end up the house was given to other customer. As per bliss staff is s due to system error. feeling disappointed. Another to be improve is the towel. overall we like the house. clean and the location is very convenience. We will book again for the next trip. hope agoda or bliss can settle the system issue to avoid disappointment.

Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Friendly staff , feel warm because they prepared the restaurant address and open time to us.Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Free coffee, tea, mee cup and my lovely snacks. I love the reading area, feel comfortable...worth the price..no complaint... I will stay again if i go Melacca.

Great Location. Good for groups with cars”
LOCATION Very near to Jonker and central to tourist attractions. Quiet. Porch is sufficient to comfortably park 2 cars ROOMS The living room and the room with 2 beds are super spacious and conducive for group activities. Lights are also bright enough. Toilets are also nicely built but I felt the floor is a little sticky but it was clean enough. Facilities and kitchen are all good. Water pressure is Good. SERVICE Check-in was hassle free and fast. A list of recommended food outlets was also included - Nice!

Stayed at Santorini themed house on early of June, a lovely decorated 3-storey cluster house, the kitchen equipped with hot/warm water dispenser induction cooker, pot and pan, cups and mugs / plates and spoons/forks, knife and cutting board, scissors and etc, all you need for cooking is there, our family cooked a wonderful breakfast. Complimentary coffee/tea, and two big bottles of coca-cola and some chips/biscuits in fridge and also a full pack of ice cubes. Television is connected with a flash drive which is full of HD movies. 7 spacious bed rooms, and just nice for our 18 people family. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and cool air-conditioning system. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Sure will come back again.

Is a kind of homestay hotel. Not very convenient without transport as this place is not very near to the joker street. Anyway, the room is great and the place is clean. Staff are helpful and lovely. highly recommend for a group or family stay.

Staffs are friendly, room and common area are sparking clean. location wise quite close to Jonker street but you'll probably need a car to reach. Room is spacious. However the flush toilet for Room 1 is stucked at times. We were pretty worried that we may make a mess out of it. Perhaps management should look into fixing it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Jacob WhatsApp me a day before arrival to check on our arrival time. Place was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Good Wifi with CCTV coverage on the external perimeter of the house for you to view. 24hrs eatery nearby opposite Hotel Star Moon. Less than 10 mins drive to Dataran Pahlawan Magamall. Value for money accommodation when you are in a large group.

Overall is ok ”
We stay at Victorian House unit and we disappointed with the cleanliness , The 2nd floor which have 2 single bed the bathroom floor got sheet which they never clean and the the room was smelly. The 2 Double bed room 1 of the bed was not stable seems like broke. Kindly make an improvement on did and please do check all the bathroom has been clean and the beds all is in stabel before customer stay's there.

Absolutely worth it!!”
I book this house for total of 13 adults and 4 children, and its totally worth for it. But there are 2 things that not actually perfect, 1st is the location, its a little bit quiet around the area, and you need car to travel to all interest places. 2nd, the facilities are acceptable, but don't have hair dryer in the toilet. Other then that, I still will recommend it to my friends.

House good for A group Retreat”
Pros :House good for a group retreat for 16 people. Spacious and clean. Cons : Booked for victorian house but upon arrival was given urban house instead because agoda didnt contact hotel properly Thank God there was still a house for us or else we will be stranded without a place to stay. Need transport to stay in this hotel because it is in a housing area. Facilities getting old eg amway filter needs to be changed. Linen on beds clean but blankets need another layer of linen instead of just blanket alone unless thick blanket is washed after every use.

House big enough for 20 people ”
The check in is prompt n smooth. Jacob, I assume is the caretaker actually whatsapp me 1 day before arrival to find out any assistance we need. That really felt great that our needs are taken care of. Location is a bit off but with car, it's quite OK reaching the various eateries.
