Dirty and lack of maintenance ”
The villas were deep in a bushes. We drove there and not sure how to park because it all covered with bushes. Stepping out of the car we got bitten by ants and big mosquitoes. The villas were dusty. The first night we didn’t have water, tv, WiFi, jacuzzi. The second night after they got the water running, the water was muddy and there was no hot water. We have gecko in the bathroom area one indoor another one outdoor for both villas. They couldn’t provide enough breakfast for the guests. Food isn’t that good and utensils aren’t that clean. The only recommendation is for them to hire a manager.

Bloom? More like bushes. My recommendation would be “don’t go there””
The place is under maintenance. They have many polite staff. But the driveway was covered with bushes. Few of us got bitten by ants. Rooms were so dusty. There were used towels in the bathroom. The first night we don’t have water, tv, WiFi. Later they fixed the water but it’s so cold (no warm water). The jacuzzi doesn’t work plus the water that came out is muddy. Spider webs everywhere. 3 wall lizards in the bedroom, 1 gecko in the bathroom and another one next to the jacuzzi. Breakfast is not enough and cold. We got sick for a few days not sure if it’s related. I’d suggest that they get a manager. Impossible to go to your room without your car. Better wear boots, so many things in the bushes that can ruin your trip (if it wasn’t already ruin).

Traveled with family last week of December. Awesome garden field with mountains in the background. Took many amazing family photos. The breakfast spread is also good. Will definitely go there again.

we stayed at the hut. bathroom was a bit small and water not flow out. staff was helpful. big resort and big garden. it would have been better , if the bathroom was a bit bigger. they wasted a big area by making a bath tub outside the room. and also a needed a bigger sitting area in front of the individual hut. overall good experience

Calming stay in the embrace of the majestic, beautiful nature”
I chose the Cliffview room which I thought would have windows facing the cliff but actually turned out the cliff's at the back of the room which has no windows. Still the weather and view was amazingly soothing. Despite being only a 10min walk from the reception, a convenient shuttle service is just a phonetical away. I wished the newer Hobbit House room type was available for booking when I booked mine, which was in front of the giant log-shaped rooms with a cool loft deck which my kids would be excited to sleep on. The surprise bonus service that made our stay a fantastic one was the warm hospitality from the staff, especially a Thai lady who worked at the laundry facility next to Cliffview row of rooms, who kindly offered to spin dry our wet washed clothings for free after she saw me facing difficulty trying to hang the clothes outside the room drying. Besides the two super single beds, my room came with a foldable sofa bed which was a great addition for my son.

A worthwhile experience”
A breathtaking. View of the surrounding countryside but very difficult to find. Poor instructions on how to get there. Food very expensive and choice limited, despite the mouthwatering menu, perhaps because of the lack of customers. Rooms nicely done up and very comfortable. The flower display was the best feature, and the courtesy bus giving access to this and other facilities, including the swimming pool was much appreciated.

Quiet resort”
Depending on individual, it is near to PB valley and dairy farm. I have own transport arranged hence easy to travel around. Room is big just that spent 2 weekdays and had basically the whole building to myself and during night it will be a bit scary.

The main attractions are the massive garden that lights up at night. Accomodations wise are average with some need of upgrading. The swimming pool is not open and is under-going reconstructions.

I book a glass double room which is a individual single house but was directed to what seems like a uncompleted renovate maid room. After much complaint, we were given a apartment instead. After we shifted in than we realise that it should be a single unit house as stated in the booking. The bloom was not beautiful. Many plants are drying n nany fake flower. Sliver lake is much more better. I do not recommand because of their bad services.

nice experience for city kids to stay at their hut.. which difference from conventional hotel room. Other than this there not much to say for this hotel..staff cant speak english except for for a middle age lady...but i dont think she incharge at the reception. Nice lady

Stay only if you are driving!!”
Very inconvenient to stay without car. Room given wasnt as shown in picture and it was very far away from the lobby (on the cliff side) which was very empty at night and couldnt go anywhere much since it was so scary. Good thing is that they have buggy service in the day and breakfast is good too.

We booked for 2 huts as per advertised, but when we checked in they gave us 2 container rooms. Upon checking with the staff, they told us they have upgraded our room due to the current condition of the hut. We took the container rooms since the hut is not well maintained. We stayed for a night but realized container rooms were not acoustic room n noise within rooms can be heard from our unit in the middle of the night. The next morning we requested for change of room and the reception counter agreed to arrange a better room for us when we return from our visit. When we get back to our hotel at about 7pm, they checked us in at another Cliff view room. When we were in the rooms and get ready to shower, the water heater for both rooms were not function at all. We called the reception and they despatch the maintenance team to repair. They asked us to wait till the heater got warm up before taking our shower and sleep. We waited for almost 1 hour to be able to shower.

Disappointing!!”
The room is dirty with many defects - the lock was damaged & the water heater not functioned properly! The surrounding was so dark at night but without any lighting which makes my family uncomfortable! The staff took more than 1 hour for my room check-in which is unacceptable! I called Agoda before the trip to confirm that breakfast was included but was told otherwise when I checked-in. Have to dispute for 15 minutes to get my breakfast which again, is not pleasant!
