Good experience”

The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel connected to two malls, very convenience. The only little downside is for the price, the room looks a bit lack of maintenance but still acceptable. Their breakfast is really good as well with a huge range of foods provided.

Had improve and this hotel already become my business travel hotel”

I had request non-smoking room during my booking, but when i reach counter, the receptionist had told me this request is subject to availability and non-smoking room is full. After complaint, the manager had change a room for me. Manager is good but staff might need to train more. Overall, i am satisfy for this hotel. Hope they will keep in mind for my next visit.

Good customer service ”

Friend recommended this hotel . We were not disappointed especially when my Friend feedback about the situation on one if the breakfast during our stay. They salvaged the situation by giving us an option for our breakfast the next day. By the way the chef actually prepared something for my Friend who was a vegan diet. That was really a good gesture ! Chef was out during breakfast to interact with guests. That was good. Will return the next time to the Same hotel. Thank you !

SINCERELY OR FLATTERY?”

The room was so-so as the carpets were worn out and stained. Cleanliness was satisfactory, if you don't get bothered by the black stained of the dirt on the shower walls and sink, there is certainly room for improvement in the cleanliness. Sincerely the hotel is a little outdated and old. Need to refurbish. Honest and no flattery review/comment brings more value than insincere reviews which lead to guests being deceived (although cleanliness is rather subjectable).

We planned this trip to be at Mid Valley City so location of Boulevard is perfect! Shopping mall is just a turn fr lift lobby, barely 50m away! Its so convenient walking to & fro Mall and Hotel with no hassel at all! Hotel Room is clean and Buffet Breakfast selection is not bad too. Recommended if you are looking for comfort at affordable price with great convenience!

Room is Spacious and Clean, Location is Great!”

The location is perfect. The room I got is 1509 which is corner room, very spacious and clean. The staff that assist for my registration is polite and kind. The shower is very nice with strong water pressure. The bathroom is spacious too. Overall with good experience. Surely will return.

Good location at mid valley Megan mall”

Stay at Boulevard 2days. Very Convenient for shopping and lots of restaurants choices . Breakfast was very good. Room size is big but a bit old. Carpet is very old and dirty, lots of stains. Overall is good for the price we paid. Will stay there again next time in KL.

Great Hotel ”

Great location. Linked to Midvalley Megamall. Very Short walk to The Gardens also. Kind and helpful staffs. Our flight was in the midnight. We asked if we can extend our stay for another half day til night time so that we don't have to go to the airport during the day. The staff said yes with half day rate. Comfortable and clean room. Toiletries provided. Tea and coffee in room.

Mid Valley is our go to place whenever we are in KL. The Boulevard is a mid range hotel (of the 3 hotels at Mid Valley Mega Mall) and is conveniently linked to the mall with easy access to KL City. Not our first time here and won't be our last. The Sahur was amazing

Exceptional”

The counter staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Gave me with the beautiful view of Twin Tower and Petronas Tower. The location is really perfect attached to the Malls. I would go back there to stay again! Value for The price they offer!

Hotel a bit old. Room is big. Tv and cupboard a bit old. However cleaniness is good. Location is very good. Grab pick up and drop off is just beside. Mid valley mall is connected to the hotel.

Everything that a hotel should have, should do or can do have done. The only thing is hotel needs to price it lower to stay competitive especially to long term stay or returning customers like myself. No special offers especially to returning customers.

Great Location”

My N times of stays at this awesome hotel. Late check in and been upgrade to Studio Suite, the huge & comfortable bed really calmed me from exausted trip. Great location which linked to Mid Valley . Cleanliness and good service as usual. Definately will come back again!!

Jacinta was so helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests and helped solve a major issue. Other staff like Hana and Fikri are always eager to please and assist. Will definitely stay here again for the staff, location and great breakfast choices!
