Basically a room”
You get exactly what you pay for, a clean room with shower. There are no facilities in room, tea, coffee and hot water you find downstairs near reception. There is ofcourse the two free bottles of water. But it is exactly basic, and it is clean. When out and about all you need is a place to sleep. As a family it’s ok, and great at the price....just don’t expect too much.

Stop 1 day in Surat Thani ”
This is simple accommodate for a stop 1 night the airport next day, there's not a lot round the hotel is a combination of residential and rooms let. Family mart is 1.2km food stores 1-1.5km. Theres not many taxis, tuk tuk around. Room is a large size, clean has a TV.

It's been very quiet because of Songkran festival this year. Hotel close to the centre, quiet area, close to a lot of restaurants and 7/11 by foot. Room and bathroom ok.

One of the better hotel / serviced rooms I had stayed so far. Price is one of the best in Surat Thani given its star rating. The staff are very helpful, trying the best to respond to each of your request to their best ability. Morning breakfast is very delicately prepared by the cafe staffs, served fresh and hot. Overall, this serviced residence gives their guest a very homely feeling. I will definitely return to Centrino when travelling in Surat Thani. Deserved to have 3.5 stars or more.

Best Hotel in Surattahni”
I was completely surprised by The Centrino. Suratthani is not my favourite place in Thailand and I made some bad experiences with hotels there in the past, but this new hotel is surprisingly good. Rooms are nice and clean. Perfect for a short stop-over. Service is friendly. It is not really in the center, but I organized my bus trip to the airport already at the Panthip agency in the center and busses to the airport are passing by the hotel.

Clean, professional hotel for one-night stopover”
This residence is excellent for travelers who are passing through, ie, making a connection from Bangkok to the islands. It is clean, professional, new building with very friendly and attentive staff. The location is good, it's mid-way between the airport and the pier (going to the islands of Samui, Phagang, etc) and is in the city center of Suratthani. However, Suratthani town is primarily an industrial town so there's no real entertainment and few restaurants (especially if you arrive late in the evening).

best hotel at price around 500b”
i have been in thailand for 2 months, have been to many hotels. centrino is the best one at the price around 500b its room designer is great, i think, room is not very big, but very comfortable, and colors of everything are well designed, clean and harmonic. service and housework are very good, everywhere is so clean. wifi signal is strong, and speed is fast, maybe no too much people there. only problem is that its location not very good, a little far from the bus station. and there's wasteland before it outside window.

A night @ Centrino”
We stay a night at Centrino on our way back from Koh Samui. The apartment is nice, well maintain, staff very polite & helpful, room are clean & spacious. The apartment located not at the main road, it's hide behind a row of shophouses but good thing is there's a big signage indicated at roadside. There are very nicely decorated entrance lobby, there's lift inside the apartment and a small cafe at ground floor. You can have free flow coffee, milo & biscuits at the lobby and it's free (24 Hrs, self service). Wifi signal very strong in room. They provide washing machines at the corridor as well (self service). There's few restaurant & food stall at the main road which 5 minutes walk from Centrino. The food stall opposite family mart serve very nice pork noodle. Suratthani town night market falls on Saturday night which is 10 minutes away from Centrino by getting on a tuk tuk from the main road (20 baht per head) The only disadvantage is when we walk out from the apartments towards main road, the small lane is dark cause there's very limited street light. Overall, we are very satisfied our stay in Centrino, value for the money we paying, will come back stay during our next visit.

Always a good experience with Centrino”
This was out second stay at the Centrino and well go back there again. The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. They now offer some basic breakfast options in addition to the trendy little coffee shop on the premises. Staff are friendly and speak reasonable English. They're always willing to help. Check-in and out is fast and effortless. Just a short walk up the street gets you to the main road with convenience stores, street restaurants, public transport (30 Baht gets you to the Central Plaza Mall). It's quite close to the river bank (walking distance) which is a nice area to go stroll around.

I stayed in Centrino Service residence to catch my flight from Surat Thani. The first impression of the hotel is normal from outlook but surprised when I entered my room. Its really spacious. The room is clean with nice bath room. Its a good hotel for short period stay.

very good location hotel in suratthani city,we can go everywhere by local bus.room is very comfortable and well decoration,we are really enjoyed food around the hotel,just 2-3 minuites walking,the price of this hotel is very cheap and reasonable,staff is very good english and ready to serve all customer,there is a small cafe shop in our hotel.if we have a chance to go to suratthani,we will be back again.

Central location and great price”
We stayed many times in Surat Thani and this is the first time we stayed at the almost brand new Centrino. It;s great value for money with a/c in the room, a small fridge and tv plus wifi. Can't beat the price. We didn't have time to check out the small bar where also food and snacks were served but overall well worthwhile going back to when you're on your way through.

the centrino serviced apartments are a very new and modern developement in surat thani ideal for an overnite stay to recharge the batteries , it has a wonderful wifi service and the rooms are clean . tv is only in thai though but its off the beaten track and not many falangs frequent here.
