Heaven!”
I wish we had stayed longer! The hotel is easily the best on the island. Absolutely stunning and the service is impeccable. Lovely little touches like making sure you have fresh water by the pool throughout the day and providing a daily platter of fruit whilst round the pool. We stayed in the swim up pool room which I would highly recommend. Breakfast was amazing as well! All from a menu and can be had at anytime in the day.

Terrific resort”
I stayed at the beachfront villa for 4 nights. The view is fantastic. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I love the shower gel and moisturizer. They smelled so good. Breakfast is served all day. I could get up any time I wanted. The resort offered variety of food. The pastries were really good. Pad Thai is probably the best in Thailand. I recommend lamb chop steak, duck confit, and salmon steak. Seafood was also fresh and tasted good. Staffs were really friendly, polite and helpful.If you visit the resort you should not miss out spa treatment. I love everything in the resort. I think The Chill is the best resort in Koh Chang.

The resort offered an amazing service. The hotel room is super clean and tidy. The swimming pool is big and crystal clear. One of the pool is located next to the beach. The view is amazing. The resort also has kayak boats so you can kayak to the nearby island. The resort offers breakfast from 7am to 10:30pm so you don't have to rush in the morning. There is also a smoothie bar. For breakfast,I highly recommended crossiant and pad thai. The resort offers great variety of food. For dinner, I recommend lamb chop, duck confit and salmon. For dessert, I recommend honey toast, mango sticky rice and chocolate lava cake. The food here is amazing. The staffs are super polite and friendly. Definitely will come back again

We had a wonderful stay at The Chill - 9 days in February. Everything was perfect! We stayed in room 215 - second floor, large balcony with view of pool, restaurant and the ocean. The hotels interior and exterior is well kept - clean and fresh! All staff is fantastic - friendly and caring. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel has its ovn private, small beach with sunbeds. A little bit rocky in the water, but that was not a problem! The location in the middel of Kai Bae is perfect! We also loved Kai Bae. A nice small place with lots of good restaurants. Very nice atmosphere in Kai Bae! We would with no doubt choose The Chill next time!!

I have lived in Thailand for 10 years and I must say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff is extremely friendly. The resort itself is beyond words. Nothing negative can be said about the rooms, service, amenities, or overall experience. Bonus points for and amazing tasty made to order breakfast. Nota buffet like most in Thailand.

Chill Ambience at Chill Resort”
We might be the first guests on the first day after the hotel opened up after the lockdown. Half of the hotel was still under renovation. They did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. And we did! We enjoyed our time most when we were the only guests there :). Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Amazing swimming pool and sunset by the cafe! Location of the hotel is great because it’s closed to restaurants and shops. All and all, great experience at the Chill Resort and Spa Koh Chang.

Still going strong”
We last stayed at The Chill in 2014 and I’m pleased to say that the property has been physically well maintained and the service and legendary ‘all day breakfast’ are all as we remember them. This is especially important post pandemic as it’s clear from our visit to Koh Chang that lockdown has taken its toll on the tourist industry and investment on the island has suffered. The Chill, however, has maintained its standards and I can fully recommend a visit.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean, and a super friendly, attentive and caring staff! It shows that lots of thought was put into any little detail. And the killer feature - an all day breakfast, made to your choice from a wide and generous menue! For late sleepers like us, it was a real treat! I highly recommend The Chill!

Lovely resort with great service”
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in junior suite room. The room very clean and comfortable. The big pool next to the beach with the beautiful sun set view. The Chill provides all day breakfast right directly from the menu. Yes, it is all day, you don’t have to rush to the the Chill Cafe before 10 AM just to feed yourself. The foods are superb and staffs provided the best service.

Fantastic Resort”
The Chill Resort & Spa Koh Chang is one of the best resort I've ever stayed in Thailand. The resort offers all day long breakfast from 7.00 to 22.30 which is incredible. There are so many food to offer. Pad Thai is the best I ever have. Swimming pools are superb. Staffs are very polite. I love the garden in the resort. The room is very clean and beddings are very comfortable.

A pet-friendly gem with amazing views. Great restaurant with Thai and European quinine. Comfortable, clean rooms. Wonderful to have pool access from the room. We really the “all day breakfast” since we sometimes woke up late. Great sunset views from beautiful infinity pool. The owners were delightful and kind. Highly recommend.

Chilling Out in Style”
Happy to be back at The Chill Koh Chang for the fourth time. We always feel very relaxed in a family type atmosphere as all the staff treat us as if were part of the family. We have beautiful landscaped gardens, big infinity pool, and nice beach in calm and clean sea. The cuisine is great with a wide variety of Western and local Thai food.We look forward to the future completion of The Chill sister resort a short distance away for the current location.

"If" is unfortunately nowadays the keyword, so "If" I survive C-19, "If" I, as "farang", may visit your beautiful country again without too many measures, "If", due to the enormous crisis we nowadays face, I still can afford overseas holidays, and there is also a positive reply on all other “If’”, I next year most probably will go back to The Chill. To know the reason see my review dated May 2017. I experienced the same in 2018, 2019 and also a few weeks ago although this year there were some unpleasant little signs that something was coming over from China. Koh Chang is a beautiful island and The Chill is without doubt the best you can get. Best resort for chillaxing and friends&family getaway”
The hotel decorations and style is great. The room was quite big in size with direct pool access. The breakfast was included in the room rate which you can order anything in the menu and the best thing of it was the timeless breakfast. It is very good for late riser like me. The food tastes good in all dishes we ordered. The view was great especially the sunset view at the infinity pool. The hotel also provide free bike rental and kayak. The staff service was excellent.

Wonderful hotel and exceptional service”
I was overwhelmed with the great hospitality which offered by the hotel staff. There is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I enjoyed away from the city. The pool is fantastic. You can enter the pool from anywhere in the room !! I also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I've hired kayaks. Their boats are in excellent condition. Really good value for money. I want to go back !!!!
