Thanks for allowing check-in at 10am for my family with a sea view room. It may be early so the cleaning was not fully completed then the hygiene is not so good but acceptable. The lady in breakfast room and security guards were quite helpful.

Everything is average. Only the location of the hotel is very convenient with lots of services, stores, street food/cafe, near the beach. Breakfast is a plus. If you need a place for sleep in downtown, it's fine.

Good but need to improve some”
My 2 days stay is an amazing experience to me and my fiance. Although I book the wrong arrival date but the staff is friendly and supportive that help me to change the arrival date with no additional charge, I really appreciate your help, thank you!! Other thing need to improve is the buffet breakfast was included in the booking but somehow I only get buffet for Sunday morning, Saturday morning, we just have a normal dish which i think because of they don't have enough visitors so they decide not to serve buffet,and I think the hotel should communicate it more clearly to us on the website or something. Last thing is wifi connection, I stay from Friday afternoon to Sunday noon but I only got wifi connection on Friday, whole Saturday and Sunday the wifi device is malfunction and I cannot got the connection. Please communicate to us better and also please fix it faster. Personally I think it will not take 1 and a half day to fix it. Overall, it's still a good hotel and I really enjoy my 2 days here, thanks Agoda and the Coast hotel. Regards

Nice Hotel”
I was stopping by Vung Tau just for a night and I chose this hotel to stay because because I like the location and it is value for the money. The girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room is really clean and nice. The hotel location is just 1 minute walk to the beach with a lot of restaurants.

Nice Hotel near Beach”
I enjoyed my stay at The Coast Hotel, it was pretty comfortable, the rooms are pretty big. It's close to the beach, but not totally beachside like some of the other hotels on Thuy Van road. The internet was a bit sluggish too, which was my main reason for moving hotels, as I need an internet connection to do my work during the week.

Great place to stay in Vung Tau”
We spent 2 days and 1 night here. The hotel is located right the Back Beach, just few steps of walking. We stayed at the room which had the partial sea view. It was really nice for us. We could easily see the sunrise. The hotel is also located many famous sightseeing and tourist places. We had a really nice trip here.

Great hotel with not so good staff”
When arriving the hotel at 11am we were welcomed by a not-so-happy receptionist. We ordered an early check in since we knew we would arrive quite early, but the receptionist told us this was not possible so we had to wait 3 hours to get our rooms. Our group thought its no problem as long as the hotel could store our luggage and give us a place to change to swimwear so we could enjoy the beach. We were then told to change in the toilet at the lobby, which was dirty, smelly and the door was broken so it could not be locked.. When finally getting access to our rooms it was ok. The rooms are big, with a nice bathroom but there was black hair absolutely everywhere. The breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. If you like french fried, noodles, ribs and rice cakes for breakfast, this is the right place. But if you expect a light breakfast like a yoghurt or a slice of bread, I would not recommend the hotel restaurant. There is no english speaking staff there so don't expect to make any special requests. On our last days we decided to rent som scooter and enjoy a ride along the coast. The same not-so-happy receptionist told us a price which turned out to be tripple when we were making our order. I tried to explain her that there must be a mistake, but the woman kept telling me "I understand you! I understand you!" - which she obviously did not. Its sad because the hotel and the location are great with an ok price. But the unprofessional staff ruined our whole experience.

The hotel is at great location. I've been in this hotel twice, the view from our room was excellent9overlooking the beach). The breakfast was quite good. What I didn't like about this hotel? They make up rooms without any consent from their guests. We were amazed when we came into our room one morning, there were two cleaning ladies inside the room cleaning. All in all, our stay in this hotel wasn't bad at all. I would rather try another hotel if given a chance to go back to Vung Tao.

Consider the price that we are paying. This hotel is excellent and value for money. The rooms and beds are big, clean. Breakfast is excellent and service is good. Facilities are new and I would definitely return for another stay in the future!

Ideal Location”
Ideal location, just 1 minute from the main beach front, not noisy inner slip road. Good deal for rooms plus breakfast. Only set-back is water heater by solar energy, so on a cold raining day, there's no hot water in the bath. Overall, good place to unwind, will go again...

Nice big and clean rooms, but Vung Tau is dull”
The hotel itself is not bad, for the price you pay. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff of the hotel are also friendly enough. Cant say much about Vung Tau though. It is rather dull compared to Ho Chi Minh. Give the seafood a go nevertheless. Lastly, skip the hotel's massage parlour if you really want a good relaxing massage.
