High recommend for Koh Chang Trip”
Hi there, come here for wfh ad holiday, been here was so happy ad would recommend friends ad family. This hotel is so clean ad using the pools worry free since we saw their staff clean the 3 pools( full function each morning ad night) the room is so clean, comfy bed ad spacious room ( especially the bath room ad showering rooms are cozy. Beach bar ad beach front seat ad the hotel sea are the place we love most.The beach in front of the hotel is so clean ad clear blue water, you all just can swim both sea ad pools all day long like us. For the rest of 4 days we enjoy so much ad would recommend you guys to come feel the sea ad comfy( the hotel provides big table so that can make the wfh is even enjoyable. The hotel give a complimentary for us by giving so generous to upgrade our room for free. The foods are more than enough for guests, ad the most important thing is yummy authentic thai foods. Hotel offer the guest to use their kayak for cheap rate ( 100 thb / hour) stay here you can kayaking to several island ( so natural ad clear water) by just 1.6 km away (3 kms in total. We enjoy staying here so much ad will definitely return probably soon this year :)

Great hotel for a family vacation”
Liked: * Great location, lovely grounds, beautiful setting * Value for money -- food and drink prices were reasonable + included service & tax * Spacious room & comfortable bed * Nice bathroom * Kayak rental + paddleboard rental from next door (nearby island is only 30 mins kayak to reach) * Beautiful sunset views * Sandy beach nearby with several beach restaurants * Great beach bar (Mam Kapi) next door with lovely sea / sunset views * Beautiful 50m pool * Lots of sun loungers around pool and in the palm trees * Good food + plenty of choice for breakfast buffet * Nearby shops within easy walking distance Disliked: * Put us in the wrong rooms to begin with, but we were able to sort it out * Bathroom door is right next to the bed Other: * The hotel does not have its own beach; there is a small sea wall with steps leading down to the sea. For a beach you need to walk a very short distance to the north of the property (not an issue at all but wanted to point it out).

Spacious room, very clean, very good breakfast, nice service. Every trips to Koh Chang, I always spend a night at Salakphet resort and then another night at Emerald Cove to enjoy activities & sceneries on both sides of the island. Recommended these two places.

Exceptional”
The place has a scenic view and lovely place for kids as the pools are kid friendly, nice, and clean. I booked a deluxe premium and the room was spacious and nice. Breakfast is great. The beach front though is rocky so, if you want to enjoy the sun by the sand beach u'll have to walk to its neighbor's beach area which has safer access to the sand and the beach. Overall, the stay was great and comfy. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much.

Great value for money and staff are lovely”
We love coming to stay at the Emerald Cove. The rooms are spacious and clean, it has a decent size bath, and the pool is huge. Even the shallow pools are great to sit in when it's hot. You can watch the sunset on the beach each night with great happy hour deals! We hope to return again :) The staff are very friendly and super helpful. They even upgraded our room for our anniversary :)

Good value”
Stayed at other hotels on Kho Chang of this standard, this is by far the best. No busy roads, well tended gardens, attentive staff. Beach is excellent with shallow water going out 100m from shore but still good swimming. water pretty clean and clear, lots fish to be seen if snorkeling. One of the best hotel pools, great for getting in laps. Rooms very clean, nice wooden floors. In Oct 21 the staff are working hard in post covid recovery, still pretty slick though.

Having stayed here many times over the years we have always found this place to be excellent. This was our first trip with our young son and all the staff went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and play with our son. from the breakfast to room service all the meals were excellent, the room was lovely, spacious and clean. The cleaning lady was lovely and so friendly. We will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff..

Perfect place to chill away ... ”
The hotel is really good in all aspects; clean, comfortable both in room and the surrounding areas. The swimming pool is very nice and the private beach is really clean , able to swim as a second swimming pool. Even the price of the hotel’s bar and restaurant are reasonable. Most important of all, all of their staffs are very very nice , helpful , smiling and great service mind !! Recommend !

Amazing stay”
I enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel is clean and nicely kept, with a beautiful garden full of flowers and fish ponds. My room was spacious, with working desk and comfy bed. I do recommend cocktails and dining options too, because the quality is excellent. I loved the huuuuuge swimming pool. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great too. Will definitely come back!

oh my god I need to say this hotel mattress very very good make you fall sleep very quick even you are insomnia! Swimming pool are great. Fast check in and helpful staff. Wifi also good. Room clean and night, Only one thing beach in front of hotel couldn't swim because lots of rocks.

We come here 3 times already. And will come back again for sure. Love everything here, room is big clean ad authentic thai style decorations, big long standard pool, pool bar, lovely fitness. And good breakfast. The hotel just beach from, guests can jump through the beach and just back for pool in second :) recommend all to try. :)

An Excellent hotel in a great location on the island”
The Emerald Cove was by far the best hotel we stayed during our trip in Thailand. I really liked the hotel, it is in a good location on the west coast of the island, and not in the most loud area so it was very quiet at nights. Maybe the only minus was the beach as it wasn't possible to swim there and it was the rainiest season when we were there. The swimming pool and breakfast was really great, and very close to laundry, massage parlours and very reliable motorbike rental places. A very nice option to consider for couples.

Birthday treat”
We chose to go to stay at The Emerald Cove for my wife's 75th birthday. We found it to be a good choice. Excellent room with nice facilities. Very large pool for swimming. A beachfront location added to our enjoyment, along with the great selection of cocktails at Happy hour. To start the day there is an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff in the hotel are very attentive and helpful, making our stay so enjoyable.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Emerald Cove. The watersports available are affordable and in good condition. The breakfast was vast and delicious. The staff was ready to be helpful and wanted to be of service! The gym is great. The rooms are large and comfortable. Very pleased.

The hotel is well maintained. Room, pool, and its landscape are all great. Staffs are so friendly and good help. Location is in a heart of Koh Chang, many shops are in a short walk. Only minus; the beach space is quite narrow with some trashes, however, no problem with the sea, calm and clear. Will stay here next time
