I purposely left my newly bought pump shoes it is not as comfortable as it looks for my official work wear, and had informed the front office staff that i just leave it there during checkout so if any of the staff are interested they just can pick it as it is just being worn once, however, the management staff made an effort to call me again an hr after i checked out to double confirmed so that i really meant it, and i really flattered by the effort done to ensure their guest doesn’t left anything valuable behind even though it is just a modest pair of shoes. Kudos for all the staffs working on 9-12 May during my stay as i really enjoy great hospitality during my stay!Have made a reservation for 29May-1June for my business travel as i really enjoy my stay there. Love the location too! Be there soon!

Great Staycation. The Kids Love it”
Room..nice and clean.. i am staying in executive suite..spacious, nice clean and great view.. Surrounding.. really great..walking distance to Alamanda..however..its raining season so we need to take car to the mall.. Food..no buffet dinner..maybe due to Covid..room menu not that interesting..as most of it you can get from outside..so we head to the mall for dinner..for breakfast..not much..english breakfast very little..hoping to find scones, beef strips, croissant..even for nasi lemak as well not much side dish..maybe can upgrade on the food choice.. receptionist and all...great service..fast response...great doorbell man..helpful staff..thumbs up..

Super Comfortable ”
Thank you so much to the reception (sorry I forgot to take out your name), because he gave me a free upgrade plus a room that facing the lake like i requested in the booking. I appreciate that so much. He is also polite. All I remember is he wears a glasses. Besides from the excellent service, I really love the room because the bed is huge, so comfy, and the cleanliness is excellent, the maid do the great job. I stayed in room 603 on 8/8. The check in and check out process is smooth. Thank you. Definitely worth the money. Will come again if I go to Putrajaya.

Exceptional”
Enjoyed the stay. Room was comfortable, wth beautiful view of the lake. Staffs were friendly and helpful. My booking did not include breakfast, so I had to pay for it, but it was worth it, the buffet breakfast offer variety of foods to choose from. Location is good. Alamanda mall is just a few steps away, restaurants are all around and you can jog around the lake or even rent a bike to cycle by the lake. Parking is of no problem as the hotel has a two level underground parking and it is free. My family and I had fun and we will definitely come again.

Clean, spacious, will come again”
Love this hotel, will definitely come again next time. We slept comfortably, family of 4 in deluxe twin room. The room was clean and spacious. No worries if you forgot ur toiletries. They provide everything. Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo with conditioner, even body lotion, comb what else do u need. Tv channels a lot, you have coffee n tea, iron, hair dryer.. You hv everything. Swimming pool n gym. Alamanda mall just next to hotel. A lake. I love everything abt this hotel. Next time we will come again for sure. Thanks The Everly. ☺️

AFFORDABLE ”
I got a very good deal during my stay last week.. For 3 days. Agoda is the best ! And the cancellation policy and process is very easy as well. Good job Agoda! For the hotel , Same like I used to review this hotel before. The location is perfect. Next to Alamanda.. So easy for me to buy stuffs. I can't comment on breakfast because my package is not including breakfast , but I bet it was delicious. The room is clean. And I love my lake view.

Good times at The Everly”
I had a good time staying at The Everly at Putrajaya. First and foremost, the location is good. It is just next door to Alamanda shopping mall. It makes it easy to find any essential needs or I can just go window shopping there. Besides, the hotel is clean, well-lit and the staff is always on the go to serve its customers. I like the fact that they always have light refreshment at the lobby and the change the drinks often so it is good that we get to drink various types of drinks . I will definitely stay here again

Overall room including bathroom very clean. I like the concept of body shampoo and shower gel using bottle like that. Very convenient and easy to use. Not to forget their hand soap too. Very easy for parents have kids, because Alamanda shopping center just beside it and the walking area is very safe for all. Breakfast is superb as the cafe always topup food when finish. The view from room very nice facing the lake. Really calming and nice. Really enjoying the stay.

Best short stay”
We were lucky to be able to book the junior suite room at quite low price probably due to the pandemic. It was a fun short staycation. The lady at the receptionist was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed, nice bath tub, nice lake view from our room, and we really love your duck mascot. There are quite a lot of activities to do, we walked around the lake, we rented the bicycles from the hotel, and alamanda is just beside the hotel. The food was good too. Thank you :)

Counter staff very welcoming. Check in was no more than 5 minutes long and they gave us a room with a view of the lake which was pleasant! The room is clean and the bed & sheets were so comfortable. Aircon was great and tv also had a good mix of channels. The shower had plenty of hot water. Room gave 4 bottles of free water and also the usual coffee/tea tray. Walking distance to the mall next door with a nice walkway. Checkout was equally as smooth, parking was free. Will definitely come back.

Receptionist, bellman and housekeeper really helpful and polite. We really enjoy the stay here. Breakfast is delicious, we love it so much. Has many choice and reasonable price for additional children. My kids love it so much. Tv channel has cartoon for kids and movie for adult. We got 2 TV so sure everyone happily to watch their favourite. Coffe machine also best of the day in the room. It has microwave to heating the food we bring to hotel. Walking distance to Almanda Shoping complex and lake garden. Free and easy parking at the basement. Morning joging and cycling is fun. This hotel has cute yellow duck theme. 1. The check in process a bit slow and long que, but the counter service staff are nice, can improve on the effectiveness of check in to make it faster; 2. Location I love it with the room view of the lake, it is really peaceful, and can have a morning/ evening walk there, near to Alamanda shopping mall; 3. The room is clean, the toilet door with some problem but still ok because I’m alone but better to fix it; 4. Breakfast OK and the dining area quite big and the staff follow SOP and nice staff

Really love the location! Situated just next to alamanda (1 min walk) , you will emerge next to GSC and Putrajaya Lake is just behind the hotel. Have a great enjoyable time taking afternoon walks near the lake and watched midnight movie in alamanda. Grab is easily available , didnt have any problems securing grabcar at peak hours . The gym is sooo lively! Activities like yoga class and salsa dance is offered, as well as gym itself is open till 11pm and pool is open till 8pm. Nuevo and fuze cafe offered great delicacies, love love love the vegan pasta. If you're thinking of staycation, this is where its at! Personal reccs, go for morning or afternoon walks , enjoy Putrajaya on foot. It is worth it! (Around 30mins walk to Putra Mosque/dataran putra) The Lake breeze and shady trees makes it very enjoyable xo

THE EVERLY VS ALL HOTELS NEARBY IOI MALL PUTRAJAYA”
I'm a frequent traveler and have a past experience staying at almost all the hotel around Putrajaya, Bangi . Name it starting from 2-3 start hotel until 5 start hotel. So on Thursday 19th Sept, upon the evening meeting I'm still not booking any hotel for 2 days and was confusing within myself where I want to stay. Not taking so much time, I choose THE EVERLY PUTRAJAYA after quality , facilities, multiple value of money (earning 3-4 points ) and most important I enjoy all the above with very -very budgeted price Even the low budget hotel loose to THE EVERLY, if they willing to spent extra around RM100 as it hve everything. I do laundry nearby facility, able to pray at nearby masjid, enjoying movie & mall at Alamanda Shopping Centre and this is important, meeting my client , prospect again just at the hotel FANSTASTIC LOBBY Strongly recommended it . Surely you'll experience what I've experienced

Stayed here for a night. Walking distance to Alamanda Shopping Centre. Happy with the room except there were some really tough stains on the carpet which were obvious. Housekeeping could’ve used some sort of chemical to clean the stains. Room service was awesome as food was ordered via an app, I also requested for extra blanket through the app. Very convenient. Easy check in and check out at the reception. Enjoyed my stay here!

The room was clean..ample..simple. relaxing stay. Staff was polite and helpful. Bicycle ride available with minimum charges. You can ride around the lake with wow scenary. Very convinient with only less than 5 minutes to Alamanda shopping centre. Easy access for food and shopping. The only frustrating is you have to queue for 45 minutes to check in though you already came earlier for registration. There is no fast lane counter. Overall its was relaxing and satisfying stay. Surely will come back.

The Everly offers variety of food for breakfast and lunch. The gym is well equipped. Excellent location, right beside a lake and within walking distance to Alamanda Mall. (Note: Observed plenty of food wastage by hotel guests, hope Everly takes up the social responsibility to educate hotel guests to appreciate food e.g. put up signboard "Do Not Waste Food". Also, stop providing paper napkins to reduce pollution.)

I was booking deluxe king room for RM120. Then the room I got the door got some problems. So maintenance asked for another room for me since the room cannot use. So they give me junior suite provided with bathtub, coffee machine, microwave, and the room very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast only at room.. food packed using bento box, and 2 box of fruit/salad..and the other one is bread/cake. Next to Alamanda.

We stay for 2nights. Best service ever. Room is nice front office so nice cause i booked twin bed team so nice to give complemantry bed updgrade and they so nice cause im driving a big van they gave me a VIP lot. First time my life they provide whatsapp for customer. I asked assistant to vacuum my room about 8+pm they attend my request asap. Pool is nice but once you check in planning to swim pls do reservation for available slot. Cause currently SOP 10pax per time for bout 45mins then sanitize area. Food abit slack not much selection and taste abit weak need to be improved for food section. Overall Hotel stay is superb...

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights with my parents, 2 lil sister, my wife and my 2 years old son. Staff were really friendly and patience, answering, attended to all my inquiry including arrangements for connecting rooms, Executive Suite with Deluxe Twin. We got a lake view which is so refreshing. Since it is beside Alamanda Shopping Center, a 10 min walk, we managed to watch the latest SpiderMan in GSC, had dinner at Chicken Rice Shop. The breakfast is okay, considering the price is RM 30/person (manage to get an accomodations with free breakfast for 4 person, for each day), loves the french toast. Free parking, just needed to validated it at the receptionist first An awesome experience! Will definitely be visiting it again. Thanks!
