Good tidy rooms over the road from the beach”
Great location in a more relaxed part of Patong over the road from the beach. 7-11 and few restaurants close by, otherwise short walk along the beach to Bangla Rd with many food, drink and entertainment options. Only negative no lift so a few stairs if you are on the higher floors.

after walking up and down Beach road I noticed this spot and it's front facing balconies. I recommend you get a room that faces the ocean or you'll be looking at a cement wall. The pool out front is relaxing and fun to hang out at and people watch or stare at the beach across the street.

A great small boutique hotel. Great views of ocean and bay from rooms. No lift, but the stairs are worth the view. Property is very clean. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. A good location close to all amenities and restaurants both nearby or further along street- only a short walk either along beach or street. Nice pool at front of property.

I stayed in the apartments,which for me were good,there aren’t any lifts or ramps,so it’s not a disabled person friendly hotel,there’s a seven eleven and chemist near by,a strip of bars and a cash machine and tour operators near by,and the main beach is just a short walk,if you want a restaurant you will have to walk a little further 350 to 500m.you don’t get any noise from any bars.

Its a quaint little hotel, located by the road and near Patong Pier. Comfortable room overlooking the beach (and road). Nice hotel overall. No elevators so have to huff/puff all the way up!

Location is great: in front of the beach, 2 min walking from a 7/11. Less than 10 min from the Bangla Road, still in a very quiet area. Keep in mind that they will ask you to pay upfront 2,000 baht as a deposit, but will give you back only 1,000 when you leave cause the other 1,000 are taxes. Pool is extremely small, actually not great, but good enough to escape from the heat of Phuket.
