Great Hotel in Hue”
This was one of my favourite hotels during my recent trip to Vietnam and Hue. The room was clean and modern. The staff was exceptional friendly. They often spent time talking with me about my experiences from the tours in Hue. They treated me like a friend who had come to visit them. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the conversation I had with the breakfast staff each morning. Don't overlook this hotel. It is great. I am already planning to return here on my next visit.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay at G.Hotel”
Our room was spacious and comfortable with a new and modern fit out. The staff were polite and enthusiastic. The hotel has a boutique feel about it, modest in size, but well serviced with a lift. The location is handy for restaurants. The breakfast was made to order from a set selection off the menu and the cook had a nice touch.

Great location and value for money ”
We enjoyed our stay at the G Hotel in Hue and would recommend it to other travelers. Very friendly and helpful staff, access to a scooter for free, very clean, good location, and great breakfast. No negatives come to mind except we would have liked to have had an in-room safe to keep our belongings.

The location is great, it is one block away to the walking street of Hue City where you can find local foods, shopping, cafe, massage, etc. The room is perfectly clean. All the staff are incredibly helpful and know what hospitality is. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, great staff, great location”
This hotel far exceeded my expectations. It has a cute foyer with a fooseball, great rooms with good bathrooms, awesome location right near the bustling Hue cool cafe/club district. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. So friendly, warm and helpful. I can’t rate this hotel highly enough!!

Everything is perfect that I could rest my heart. The breakfast is brilliant. It's at a very convenient location where I can also enjoy the quiet environment in my room. Staff are super friendly and thoughtful for my travel. They do very great restaurant recommendation. I enjoy the stay at this hotel very much. It's a hidden gem of the area!

Amazing place”
This was an amazing place. A very short taxi to Citadel. The staff are wonderful and truly care about their guests, so very friendly. Also, the beds in the room are amazing, so nice after some places we stayed. Best sleep my wife and I had in Vietnam. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent service, a lot of effort on recovering from issue with booking system”
Something went wrong with the room reservation system, hence we were relocated to another hotel across the street for the first night. We were very unhappy with this, but the owner made up for it the next day (partial refund, private driver whilst visiting Hue etc). Good hotel, good service, good location. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and terrific value for money”
The staff were so helpful with planning our itinerary and always ready to please. We stayed in a family cosy room and is was super spacious. My 5 year old boy loved the bunk bed with slide!!! The location is a short stroll to the perfume river and the food street. I would definitely reccomend

Don’t break anything”
Location is a little off the main street, which meant less noise, which was great. Everything was clean and new, loved the interior. However, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up anything, and very little space to unpack toiletries too. Everything else in the room was fine. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. But do beware of steep additional costs in case you break something! We dropped a small soap dispenser in the shower, and they charged us 250000 VND (10 US), which, considering general living expenses in Vietnam, is just plain overcharging in our view. In comparison: we paid around 40 Dollars for two nights! When we arrived late in the morning, the room was already ready, but to get in we had to pay an early check in fee of 30% for that day which we found unusual compared to all other hotels we stayed at. That said, they did give us a free upgrade to a room with two double beds (for two people). Breakfast was not spectacular, but tasty. You have a choice of sweet and savoury main courses and dessert. Theres also a choice of drinks but you only get one. Either coffee oder juice, water etc, and it is literally one drink - a small cup or glass. More would have been nice.

I really loved this hotel! Everything is new, spotlessly clean, modern decor, great location right next to night market/walking street, staff was super helpful... and it was so cheap! One my favorite stay in Vietnam so far.
