My stay at the Grace Hotel was outstanding! the staff performance was excellent, they made my stay so enjoyable. The room was very clean and comfortable. Out of town and very quite! but no problem as staff will arrange transport. I would highly recommend this hotel! give it a try you will not be disappointed

We book this new hotel for the first time. Form the moment of arrival untill we left we the owner and staff form this, smaller but perfect, hotel, handle us as we where familie. A warm feeling with service all over! Should go there again for sure when we have more time.

This was 2nd time we stayed there. Same standard cozy comfy bed. It locates near highway not the city center but very ideal for us to go out.

Unfriendly, unhelpful and grumpy staff or would not provide any information”
This was very disappointing after reading all the positive comments about this place. The staff were very unhelpful, we were told breakfast was no longer available, yet when we left we saw people sitting outside for breakfast. Misunderstanding language was not a problem as we speak fluent Thai. The staff were rude and would never make eye contact with us. We will not stay here again nor will we recommend it to anyone on frequent trips to Kalasin.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Nice and quiet. More suitable if you have yoir own transport as it is a liitle out of the way. Google maps helped us find it. Good food and the host is excellent.

Dark musty rooms and rude unhelpful staff”
The rooms were dark and dingy, the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the staff never made eye contact with and were very rude and unhelpful. Will not stay there again on frequent trips to Kalasin, nor will we recommend it to anyone

Nice stay. Staff welcoming. though rooms ar a bit dark (concrete grey style). But you could work outside on the Covered area for breakfast. Wifi is good Basic breakfast but OK

Staff were polite but painstakingly slow .. I'm not sure why such a simple procedure as checking in a pre-paid client takes so long and why so much discussion with 3 people was needed while I was standing idle .. a little training needed perhaps? Once that was finally done, they were very helpful :-) ..

Not bad, but not great”
This place is kind of hidden away - my local friends didn't even know it was here. That makes it kinda quiet, so that's okay, but it comes with a price: absolute 0 walking score - there is nothing...I mean nothing (except a laundromat nearby)...of course there is a 7-11 about a kilometer away...little bit of a sketchy walk though. That's not the real problem for me - for me, it was the air conditioner - I changed rooms and they're all the same - this is primarily a place for locals, not tourists - the air condition ran for 3 days strait and barely took the temperature down...with temps approaching 40, that was unbearable...I would not recommend it (unless you don't mind the isolation and the heat...oh, and no English at all).
