Great Location ,value for money”
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Opposite of the hotel was the newly open R&F mall. Just outside of the main lobby door,there is a direct bridge from this hotel to JB Custom & also to R&F mall The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. But only I was awake by the fire alarm few times. Call to the reception to check,the reception counter says will check but never get back to us. Another things to take note if you are driving. Make sure you checked in and get the receipt before proceed to the parking space. Otherwise you will be shouted by the car park guard as the carpark is space share with Insta Hotel which we don't know. The car park guard should tell us nicely instead of shouting as we don't know. But overall , the hotel is value for money.

room was super cozy, really easy to fall asleep. according to other reviews regarding the noise from the bistro beside the hotel, i didnt get affected, my room couldnt hear much of the noise except during the night the sounds of motor engine is loud but besides that hotel is good, clean and comfortable. worth coming back

My Escapade With My Love”
Always feel welcome and good to be back. Will be back there soon! Except for my recent trip the nite shift staff suddenly had his shift changed to the day and he mistook that I didn't make the payment before hand. He kept asking me for the extension charges. Which I find it weird because previously when I checked in on day 1 I already made the advanced payment with the Manager. But, that was just some things he missed out I guess. I do hope it won't happen again.

Walking distance to Singapore”
We never knew at that time that his hotel is just beside the walking flyover to singapore. you can see it from your window. it was like you just get out from the hotel and climb the stairs in front of the hotel to singapore. we innocently ask the staff how to go to singapore and he looked confuse, like 'are you joking' lol. btw their staffs are really friendly.

Pros: good location, friendly staff, clean room, worth the money. As per expectation. Will surely come back to this hotel. Cons: near to main road, so abit noisy at night time. That’s all.

Clean, newly renovated so it was Super comfortable. Relatively near city square - grab was a RM5 ride. And staff were nice and flexible to allow an early check in since we were checking out that same day (not overnight).

Great value and location ”
A really pleasant hotel. For the price we paid the family room was a good size with a large clean bathroom (with a bath and shower) The location was great just a short walk to the historic centre and about 10minute walk on a pedestrian bridge to the central station where you can get trains or buses to Singapore. Staff were very cheerful and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast as it’s just a short walk to the historic area with cafes etc.

came back second time. booked queen room and room was more spacious but not as cozy as superior queen room. still comfortable though and easy to fall asleep. however, i gotten a level 1 room and couldnt use the wifi in the room at all. i couldnt find the receptionist to help because once i step out of the room there would be wifi but if im in bed theres no wifi. overall room is comfortable and hope when i come back in the future i got a higher level room instead.

Friendly staff, quick response for request, walking distance to mall, easy to walk to CIQ with shelter, beside it has a drinking Pub, great traditional bak Ku Teh behind the hotel and at the mall. Challenge Car park, driving to reach at the lobby and get use to open room door

Everything so good, got bathtub also with lower price room. Even 4 star hotel sometimes got no bathtub. Haha..nearby Johor Bahru city centre n just across the hotel got R&F Mall. GREAT.

Good boutique hotel near CIQ”
It is real easy to get to this boutique hotel. Just use the connecting bridge which is a little obscure though. When you come out of the CIQ building, you need to cross a small road to get to the building with the Roti boy and train ticketing. Don't cross the road. Instead walk to your left and you will see the bridge. It is around 600m walk to the hotel. Just opposite the Grand Jade hotel is the R&F mall. Although the room was small, the bed is firm, TV connection good, WiFi is excellent and the hot water and pressure of shower is strong. The view from my window is the causeway view and you can hear the vehicles as they go by. No problem for me though. Only encountered one small problem, housekeeping started at 8am and woke me up from my holiday. I wanted to sleep in till a little later. But for less than S$30, it was a good bargain. Bath gel, shampoo, a piece of soap and toothbrushes were provided.

My Short Getaway”
Staff were nice which makes me eventually become a regular of this hotel. Love the warm welcome each time I come by. The housekeeping staff will always be acknowledged by me. Love their service. Love the bed, aircon.
