The Grass”
This is now the 4th year in succession that I have stayed there when going to Pattaya. Great value for your money, clean, spacious and friendly and helpful staff. There was some minor problem regarding the booked and paid for buffet breakfast but the staff sorted that out very quickly. Highly recommended. Check my previous reviews for pictures.

Only one thing I think needed to be improved is noises. You can hear when someone walking through the hallway. I’m not sure our next room hear us when we loudly talking. Anyway, everything accept that was great. CLEANLINESS / SERVICES / affordable and worthy PRICE / EASY TO TRAVEL

Excellent value accommodation”
I only stayed one night in quarantine, but I was impressed with the room facilities and location. I would happily stay there again and can recommend. The only annoying thing was the kettle lead wasn't long enough to go in a socket anywhere in the kitchen area.

Two grass suite room...the great choice for the group of THREE. 2 separate rooms inside with the common space and small kitchen. The room’s comfy. Fitness and swimming pool are included.

The family suite was spacious with two separated rooms, pantry area and a living room. Breakfast was nice with lot of options. Staff is also very friendly.

One of the highlights of my trip”
Compares to other places in Thailand, where has mosquito, the Grass Suited is very clean and doesn’t have the buzzing sound near my ear every night. The price is reasonable with friendly staff. But they do have a high deposit when check in of THB 1000 per room. Overall good!

Great hotel, good value for money, staff are friendly and helpful. Minimart and laundry service were good. Just a short motorcycle taxi ride to walking street and night life area. Or if you like Thai entertainment bars/Night clubs short walk across from hotel.
