Hotel is located in Silachon Village area, a short walk out to the beach with many on the beach restaurants, and 7/11. Has a swimming pool on-site and sitting area. This area is chilled with not much else. Expect a slow pace and relaxed. No shopping around it's a village vibe. Best is to get a GRAB ride from Rayong central to the hotel 165B Pros: Helpful staffs Provided basic breakfast with choices of continental or Thai food. Room is spacy large - clean bed linens Cons No lift (elevator) Towels are air dried - rough on skin and have damp smell Open shower space - might get splashes if not careful. Furniture lamination worn out - make the room feels older Others: Most accommodations along Rayong are similar and use the RESORT term. Recommend to rent a motorbike to explore up and down along the beach for different beach spots (rental is a short walk to the left of the soi) Yingdee Seafood restaurant by the pier is great with decent price (need a bike to get there)

Old Building But Very Inexpensive ”
The hotel is only a block from the beach. It has clean rooms, but everything in the rooms is very old. This includes the bedding, tv, and refrigerator. Also, there is no elevator, so lugging our luggage up the stairs to the third floor was a little difficult. The price was very reasonable for a beachside hotel. The staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast was not good at all. The khao tom (rice porridge that is a common breakfast food in Thailand) was lumpy and the eggs were very cold. The bread didn’t have any jam to put on it. The only other breakfast option was little hotdogs, which I didn’t try. Overall, I thought the hotel was okay and I was happy that the rooms were clean.

WiFi non existent, and shower heater had hidden switch (nowhere near shower)...so was cold. Room reasonably large, but would not repeat stay.

Room not very clean. Furniture and fitting in a dilapidated state and need replacing. TV didn't work even after staff tried for over an hour and not replaced. Bed was comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. Room not serviced on day 2, not cleaned and toiletries and water not replaced. Breakfast pretty ordinary. Pool was good.

They don't offer the room you booked. They requested that i should move to another nereby hotel or get refunded. The reason for that i dont know but i was disappointed as they tried moving me to another hotel with less value for money

Good Clean Hotel Right by Rayong Beach”
Clean spacious rooms that comes with breakfast option just 40m from the beautiful beach front of Rayong. A good place to come for some peace & quiet. Only setback is the lack of public transport accessibility to the hotel.

Best value in the area”
Great value for money, not the Hilton but has everything you could need. I will go again. It says 250 meters from the beach, I think less more like 100 meters, which is great. Staff looked after us very well.

Rayong greatness!”
Very nice for my wife and I. 200 meters from the beach and 7/11. The pool area looked great. I chose this place for the included breakfast. My wife wanted more, but it was good. No elevator. But all in all, was a nice choice. We stayed in the hotel right next door the night after.
