Nice, quiet ”

I stayed for two nights in the middle of the week in high season. The hotel was located in a quiet area but very close to a main road within a walking distance to a local market. There were plenty of free parking spaces. There were only few staff members but all of them were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary equipment provided. The price was very low as compare to all the service mentioned above. Highly recommended for those who don't want to stay in the busy city area, and have their own transportation.

The building is quite new and the room is large with enough furnitures. Bath tub is surprising for me. Staffs are friendly and professional. Rooftop is fitness and a small swimming pool. Car park space is plentiful.

Pros-price, sink in room, fridge, hot water kettle, bathtub, need keycard to gain access to the building. Cons-small pool, 1.3 meters deep. Cheap mattress, very hard.

For those with business in the San Sai area of Chiang Mai this is a good location. The facility is not without its issues. A leaking drain in the counter was mended but not repaired (it was leaking again the next day). The problem is not so much poor maintenance as poor design. Another problem was cigarette smoke filling up the plumbing access shaft from a lower floor. It found its way fully into our room. The staff is friendly, and there is a nice rooftop sitting area with a small but nice pool. As long as you are not looking for a luxury/comfortable getaway, this is an acceptable place to spend a night or two.

Nice sized apartment and very modern. Not really near anything but we knew this as it was our 3rd time in Chiang Mai and were just stopping off before we flew out of Thailand. Wouldn't stay if I wanted to explore Chiang Mai

The room is nice. The staff is pleasant. The bed is rock hard. The location took a while to adjust to. Its on one of those one way roads... The pool is very tiny and has no railing to keep you from falling off the deck on one side. Don't bring children. The gym equipment is old, not working and unsafe. However, I might stay here again because I don't have children and can walk up and down the stairs for exercise. If it were a more than one week stay, I would buy a bed topper.

The room is beautiful, large, has a bath, and a balcony, directs light to the room very well, has a swimming pool and a gym, the staff is very friendly and cute, a bit far from the center but very worth it money while staying here.

Pros: The room is quite clean and spacy with dishwashing sink, too. Staff is also friendly. Cons: + quite far from city center and other attractions. + No dryer. + breakfast has only one option. That is rice soup with meat balls ( I do not recommend you guys to book breakfast included).
