I asked for a quite room and i got really a big and quite room in the 4 floor facing not in the street so i slept very very well! Comfortable bed and big bathroom! Fast and easy check in!

We reached Surat Thani quite late (6 am) but we booked the hotel earlier. Our room has been upgraded. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is big with nice shower. The staff is very accommodating and allow us to checkout late. Thank you.

Happy our stay at the hotel . Clean and big, A convenient location. Kudos to the front desk staff, Mdm. house keeping stewardess at the 5th floor, she s always smile and help to solve the major issue of the toilet. Currently, we extend more night here. Everything good except the air-conditioning is sort of uncontrollable. It will off by itself after every hour / duration and you have to reset by taking out the room key. So it disturb sleep at night.

I stayed with my wife and it was a stop on our way to full moon party so we stayed for a night and it is worth the price, there was 2 night markets walking distance from the hotel which is very convenient and next to the water where you can have a walk or just eat food from the market. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needing things.

There are 2 night markets nearby the hotel, one is the fruit market alongside the river and another one is street food market located on behind the hotel. all market are daily open around 17:00 hrs. Top of the market is Old Town market located on opposite the hotel, you can walk and buy the ancient or boutique objects thing to gift your friends also a small food and beverage over there. this market open on every Saturday and Sunday 17:00-21:00 hrs. Have a nice trip in Suratthani. HF Hotel team.

The hotel is very close to the night market and can easily be accessed by foot. The description that says it is 1.5 km away is wrong. The room was big and clean and that’s about it.
