Worth it. Give it a try. Value of Money”
The staff are very friendly & good. Your experience start the moment you enter the guard house. Normal guard house will only assist you on registration. here they will share with you what activity you can do there, the pool operation hour & etc. checked in process was very fast. just give your name. no need to take out your phone for booking number. but they do require IC for all adult guest. This is my second time. kind of disappointed because the pool close at 8pm compare to previous 10am because the pool view at night was super beautiful. Breakfast was good just a bit disappointed because when I came around 8am, the cafe was full and we were asked to sit upstairs. There was not many staff there so you have to keep telling them to topup food, plate & etc... and the food upstairs was limited not so much choices as downstairs. the seating area upstairs was open area near the horse name Milo so sometimes when the winds blow u can smell the horse poop which was very uncomfortable. other then that no issue.

Relaxing in a heavenly resort ”
I have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, if you are looking for a relaxing place, look no further. City of Ipoh is not a very touristic place, so it's way more quiet compare to Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, swimming pool is very good, you can play table tennis, badminton, and squash, but there is no AC and it's too hot, gym has proper equipment, but again no air conditioning in gym which makes it very hard to train. Hotel restaurant called Cuisine and it is very good, and it's not too pricey, people are really nice and attentive, Mr. Jeet was one of the best, he was very friendly and helpful, it total it was a very pleasant stay and definitely I will go there again. Just a tiny note for the management, restaurant uniform was better when I arrived, sorry to say that but the new uniform was like tennis court ball collectors.

Lots to review but we really love The Haven. From the start, although there was some delay during checkout, the staff is very helpful & friendly =) The room is out of our expectation. We loved the room so much. It's spacious, clean, the airconds are excellent, the toilets are good, the snacks & coffee are awesome..the place a Coway water filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. My wife just plain happy with everything =) The location is suprisingly ok. We went to Lost World of Tambun the next day and it's just 4 minutes drive. Lol! The breakfast is nice. Sedap! Hehe..kids are happy with the swimming pools, rabbit's place etc. We love to come again cause this is one of our sweet memories =)

A nice resort for relaxing”
Thumbs up for the hospitality! As I booked the room for celebrating my hubby birthday, I emailed them to ask if they can help me to decorate the room and prepare a birthday cake, then comes out they really decorated the room! Then few hours later they came again with 2 slices of cheesecake on a plate wrote “happy birthday” words nicely. Really appreciate it! And they also upgraded my 1 bedroom suite to 3 bedrooms suite with a stunning view! Thank u so much!!! The suite was really huge, clean, comfort bed, tv with movie channels and kid’s channels, swimming pool was nice, breakfast good. Really recommended, especially for the family with kids. Will definitely come back again if I go to ipoh again!

Friendly staff and pleasant stay”
Arrived at check in time and immedietly got a room. Because i have a young infant they provided a cot for free. Very courteous and friendly staff at security and reception. At the restaurant the staff named Jeet Singh a young sikh guy clad in turban gave us the best service. From explaining about the resort , from recomending what to eat and as well accomodating our stay there. He is a very good staff. The swimming pool and hot pool is jz amazing with an amazing view. Rooms are clean and baby friendly. Will definately stay here again

Best place to stay in Ipoh and Tambun”
The hotel is one the best I have ever been. Very helpful and friendly staff from the security guards, pool attendant, front desk and restaurant. Excellent service and the best is that it is SPOTLESS CLEAN...!!! Which was very impressive cause I'm very particular about cleanliness. Room is very spacious with very clean bathroom. The facilities are all well maintained including the beautiful pool. There is a small heated jacuzzi, so small children could swim there all day without being chilled...

Originally booked for 4 days and 3 nights but extended to an extra day because we loved the place so much! Was exactly what I was looking for! A comfy hotel to relax with a bit of nature. I jogged almost everyday. Felt so refreshed! The suite was very clean and well equipped with a coway water filter and nesacfe coffee machine. Breakfast was decently good. Check in was easy. me and my children agreed, this is our favourite hotel by far and will be coming to visit annually 😁 Thank you for the hospitality

Excellent Service and relaxing view”
It was amazing when access to this resort even the security guard can give a very detail introduction of the resort. We can feel the passion of the resort from the personnel working at the resort . Room were large and clean just like stay at home . The best part is the pool with the mountain view !! I had recommend to my friends and a lot of people did ask me about the resort when i post the pictures online .

Clean & comfortable hotel”
We received an unexpected upgrade to Lake View Suite, it was spectacular! We loved this hotel so much. The bed was comfortable. Overall cleanliness was top notch. My toddler loved the swimming pool, playground & play room so much. We have a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. Everything about this hotel are pleasant. We're supposed to stay for 2 nights but we extended our stay for one more night because we didn't get enough of it. 10/10 will come again!

From the room to the service I've no complain. They did a very good job. Check in was fast and easy. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would really recommend this place. The breakfast buffet was ok can be better in terms of choice and taste. Had lunch in the restaurant, the food was ok but I wouldn't say its no.1 in Ipoh. It is hassle free to just eat in. Overall I enjoyed my stay here...

absolutely amazing!”
this is our last minute holiday plan, we book the hotel day before the arrival. somehow everything went so well. we’re able to check in early as we arrived early (as we rushing to go to pasar loken but unfortunately it’s still close), the staffs were super friendly and helpful, from the main gate uncle (guard), the receptionists, security guards, waiters. hotel room was very spacious and clean, beautiful view (lake view), everything was so calming and beautiful. this won’t be our last, definitely will come again soon.

Perfect place to be for relaxation. ”
Perfect place for me and my family. We had a good time, relaxing and my son had fun. Place is really beautiful and clean, staff are friendly, rooms are big and clean. You have to drive out for food as there are fast food restaurants available and a Chinese restaurant around the area. There's also a malay restaurants around. Town is only half hour drive. Will definitely come back here again for my next trip.

Cozy and comfort place”
The room is clean, tidy and comfort. The hotel has upgraded my room with 3 bedrooms. Very suitable for whole family’s trip here. Surprisingly, they provided Nespresso machine with capsules and coway water dispenser in the room. They also provide body lotion and hair conditioner as well. The balcony with nice view. We enjoy the trip. Suitable for those who want to escape from city.

Great service, beautiful nature views & good fun for lil kids”
We went there as a family with my lil one and really enjoyed the stay. The service is just amazing. We were able to extend our check out time big thanks to Kenenyit Kaur. She was very helpful and amazing. The crew at the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. There's lots to do there, from the best outdoor nature swimming pool, pony to lil rabbits, Trex, playground for kids, walk around the lake is just wonderful. With great views; got to see some wildlife and monkeys along the way. The room itself, we woke up to the most amazing view overlooking the lake. The apartment was huge. 3 bedrooms. Perfect for all of us. Great clean filtered water hot and cold. Lots of rubbish bin space. The only thing I'd say is that some parts of the room was a bit old and dirty like the curtains, bathroom blinds and shower corners. Under drawers. Could have been thoroughly cleaned out a bit more. Slightly less attention to detail there on the cleaning part. But other than that it was great! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful and relaxing stay in Ipoh”
A very relaxing stay at the Haven. Everything is good. Room is sparkling clean, and they provide a complimentary upgrade to lake view big suite. The swimming pool is awesome, all the facilities are very well maintained. Staffs are friendly. Check in very smooth and fast. No much restaurant nearby, but not an issue at all. About 15 to 20min drive to ipoh old town. Will definitely come back again 😃

The room was clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. One of their staff named Miguel was very cheerful and friendly with us. He guided as throughout our stay in the resort. We had breakfast buffet and it was awesome and had so much varieties, the ipoh curry mee was definitely the best. We had such a relaxing stay and we look forward to come back here.

Highly reccomanded, from the moment you arrive you will be treated like royalty, each and every employee will make your stay unique. Everything is clean, the swimming pool is a dream, the walking trail is special. Practise yoga either immerse in the nature (special area designed) or by the amphitheatre surrounded with peace. The restaurant is perfect by the lake and the menu include vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Beautiful Suite Hotel with Beautiful Garden”
I love this hotel because of the modern design and It has a beautiful forest garden. Perfect choice for your holidays and relaxing your mind with peaceful environment. The forest garden was so beautiful with so many beautiful jungle flowers and plants. The swimming pool also was very big and suitable for your kids. If you re lucky, you will meet 3 cute rabbit and 3 cool hamsters around the garden. The food was also oustanding and the hotel director was so friendly. If it happen you plan for vacation in Ipoh, might consider this Hotel as your top priority list 😍👍

Exquisite View with World class facilities”
The 1st reason I decided to choose The Haven was the review. After reading the review I decided to personally experience the surrounding area of the hotel. It was mind blowing! Unbelievable atmosphere. Unlucky enough I don't have that much of a budget to stay for 2 nights if not I would have extended my stay. Definitely will come again next time and this time I will stay for more than 1 night. Never get the chance to use most of its facilities around the hotel but the room amminities was fantastic. Couldn't ask for anything more than that. Everything u need was in the room. It feels like you own the property. Feels like home.

A great place for family retreat”
booked for 2 bedroom but during check in they upgraded my room to 3 bedroom. Really in love with the room super spacious, clean . The bed was really comfy. Love the facilities. The swimming pool is amazing and the staff are very helpful and friendly but their deposit is quite high. Should have fruit juices for welcome drink.
