The best hotel in Chiang Rai”
We are very grateful to choose The Heritage Hotel during our holiday in Chiang Rai, a five star hotel. The rooms are big, new, very clean and very modern. Especially the bed, very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. And the hotel staff is very friendly and speaks good English so communication is not a problem for those who don't speak Thai. If there is a chance to come to Chiang Rai again, we will definitely come back to The Heritage Hotel.

Great stay”
We did one week of adventurous trip up in the north and wanted our last two days for relaxation. This hotel was a great choice. Staffs were very friendly, the hotel was amaziing, nice and clean. Breakfast was great. The beds are so so good. Warm water in shower was good with pressure. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 From room 936 30-31 October.

Absolutely Perfect”
Beautiful and massive resort hotel. All the staff members were the most helpful and polite I have ever seen - really! The entire hotel is spotless. Food served correctly. For the example, they keep the breakfast buffet eggs warmed. No more sad looking, cold fried eggs. I don’t usually give high recommendations to hotels, but this place was exceptional. The only drawback, depending on your itinerary, is that it is not close to the city center. Plus there is no 7-11 just around the corner.

My family and I love to stay here. This hotel is enormous and quite close to the Central Plaza Shopping mall. The staffs are very helpful and provide nice service. Good location, polite staffs ”
Good location near by department store and hospital, polite staffs, clean and comfy rooms though there’s a little noise from air-con fan in one of my rooms. but it’s not that loud, so it’s fine overall , Great relaxing :-)

We enjoyed our stay very much in this hotel. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Our room was on the high floor so we had a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. It was also very convenient to the Central Chiang Rai

A amazing Hotel and staff”
This is the best tourist hotels but I have stayed that since I have been visiting Northern Taiwan over the last two years. The hotel the stash and accommodations have been nothing less than five stars, I would recommend this fantastic hotel to anybody who wants the best at a very affordable price and great attention to details When I return back to Ching Ria, I will definitely stay at The Heritage again

Beautiful Hotel”
We had a 2 bedroom suite traveling with my wife’s mom. Clean quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Within short walking distance of the central mall. Taxi service is very good.

The Best Out There”
I was surprised at this place. We booked the family room and got the value for the money and even more. The room consisted of three consecutives room, with a kitchen and a living room. It was spacious and beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and helpful throughout our stays.

I stayed here for one night. I was well pleased with everything from the entrance and appearance of the building, the room and also the kitchen. Thought the building it appeared clean and well-maintained. The room room was quite large, a nice sized window and two comfortable chairs to relax in. The best thing about this place is the bed. It was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The bathroom was a good size and the floor outside of the shower will not get wet when using it — something quite uncommon throughout SE Asia. The buffet was nice. The ingredients were of good quality. It was a set menu at the time, not sure if it’s buffet when busy. Either way, it was still delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’m ever back in Chiang Rai.
