Charming nostalgic vibe, great value!”
We stayed for two nights at Imperial Chiang Mai and absolutely enjoyed the experience. We loved the old-school and nostalgic atmosphere - and it is 100% authentic, not just surface decoration (The resort style reminds us of country clubs - elegant, quiet and charming). The garden is large and beautiful, the swimming pool is the biggest one I've seen in a long while. The double bed is extra large and comfy with beautiful view of the pool and trees. Very good price for all the amenities and room. Tips: book on weekdays to feel like this entire beautiful place is for you only.

Perfect place to relax”
Very quiet place, with a huge swimming pool and gym and sport facilities. The room is a bit old but nice, clean, comfy with hot water and good AC. The breakfast was great, the staff is absolutely lovely and always ready to help. The free shuttle at nights is a bonus. The driver is very helpful and flexible. The swimming pool is really awesome!!! The place is a bit out of Chiang mai but at the reception they helped us to rent a scooter. The scooter was delivered to the hotel so it was a great solution.

A great retreat for couples”
Even if there was no 50 meter Olympic pool, 2 tennis courts and 3 indoor badminton courts this place would be very nice. It has a very rural location and the grounds / gardens are very scenic. Since it is located out of the city, it was very quiet, quite nice to sit on porch and listen to the birds. For such a nice place it is shockingly inexpensive.

Nice hotel, a little bit out of Chiang Mai but great facilities. Lovely Staff. I had a flat battery on my bike and they gave me a jump start. Also breakfast was full continental, not like the hotels who say breakfast is included and you find it's just toast and coffee :)

Great Place for Active Lifestyle”
The only thing I have to negatively comment is the lack of cleanliness in the room. Although the room is cleaned everyday, it is never done throroughly. The shower curtain was not scrubbed, there was mildew that could easily be removed around the tap and hoses, the mirrors and windows should be polished in the daily cleaning so that they are not looking smudged for the whole week I was there!

We really enjoyed 6 days for a rejuvenating and fun holiday. The sporting facilities were fantastic, staff always very helpful. The food is not great but not bad. The grounds are not good for walking and there is no view of the river. All in all, amazing value for money.

The air conditioner was so noisy all night, ever clean it. The staff are friendly but the place is too old and I think it will be better for that price.
