Centrally located, close to the Railway Station, with food stalls nearby. The hotel is nevertheless quiet and peaceful. The receptionists were both very friendly and helpful, Including offering me an alternative room when I could not obtain a satisfactory wi-fi signal. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Overall, very good value and I'd certainly want to stay there again if returning to Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Excellent value”
I stayed in a "standard double" room for 1 night only. This hotel is either very new, or newly refurbished. The room was comfortable with a desk area, fridge, kettle, free coffee and water, wardrobe (no safe box), small TV (no English channels), and a small wet style bathroom with hot water shower. There is a lift, and some parking under the building. It's a little bit tricky driving down the narrow alley, so I parked on the street with no trouble. Location for me was ideal, although it depends on what part of town you want to be in. The train station is a very short walk, and just north of the hotel, on the same street, there were food vendors stretched along two blocks, morning, noon, and night. One other thing about this hotel that I enjoyed was the staff I interacted with, including a very kind woman, perhaps the manager (?), who spoke excellent English and was a pleasure to chat with. I would definitely return to the Inka, as I feel this is an excellent value for the money spent.

Great Hotel close to everything!”
First of all, this hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and spoke really good English. I got upgraded to a bigger room for free and it was clean and modern with blackout curtains. The best thing about it is I got extra towels, soap, coffee and toilet paper every day. The only reason that I gave the "facilities" 3 stars is the internet on the Wi-Fi only worked on my iPad sometimes and it never was able to connect on my laptop or cell phone. Regardless, I would stay here again!

Great service and price - In the middle of town”
A great budget hotel, right in the middle of town. This was my second booking and enjoyed the stay very much. It is quiet and comfortable, and the staff go out of their way to welcome and take care of their guests. The beds are good, many hotels in Thailand have very firm mattresses. The rooms are clean and serviced well. I missed cleaning one day (i was in the room) and they left a full supply of towels, bathroom supplies and water; a nice touch without having to ask for it. There are many sores around, it is in the middle of the city, and several food carts just around the corner. I like proximity to the train station, just a couple blocks away, but it is in an alley. Great price and service with very friendly staff; I will be happy to stay again next time.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and convenient ”
I came to the area for some appointments and looked for a hotel near the center of the city. Very happy to have found The Inka Hotel. In addition to the central location, they are very close to the train station. The rooms are clean and I am happy to say the beds are comfortable; not always the case in hotels in Thailand. The bathroom is simple, with a handheld shower head in the open bathroom, again common in the area. There is hot water, something that is not always available in some hotels as well. The bedroom was a nice and in contrast to other reviews, the windows do open. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and taken care of during my stay. I had planned just two nights. I checked in late and headed out early for an appointment. When I returned, they asked if I wanted my room cleaned. As I planned to leave the next morning, I told them it would not be necessary and headed out to see a few sights. When I came back to my room , they had left a bag with frosh towels, toilet tissue, waters, etc. A simple act, but nice that they ensured I had what I needed without having to ask. Things changed a bit for me, and I extended an additional night. I asked for a referral to rent a scooter and they called someone who brought the scooter to me. They also stored one of mu bags for a few days after I checked out; again, a simple act that made for a great stay. This is a nice hotel for budget travelers. I feel the hotel is a great value and I have already booked a second stay when I return the the area.

Room was brilliant. Aircon went to 16degrees, bathroom/shower was great, room was super clean and very big. Bed was a little hard, but for the price I can't complain! Would recommend.

There are better hotels than this, the rooms are very small and the window can't be opened so in my opinion I would not recommend this hotel and the parking driveway is very very narrow and very limited so just stay away from this hotel

Newly renovated hotel in the center of shopping district.”
This budget hotel is very near to Train and Bus Station. Hotel room very clean and quiet. Many foods stalls just outside this hotel every evening. Also food stalls in the morning selling breakfast. Amazon Coffee is just further down the street Hotel staff's and maid's very polite to guest's.

Klein aber fein”
das Hotel ist zwar klein aber in einem lokalen Viertel nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Es ist sehr sauber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man schläft wunderbar in diesem Bett mit 4 Kissen. Für mich fehlte ein Haarföhn damit die nassen Kleider getrocknet werden konnten aber das sind nur wenige Probleme
