Great hotel!”
After 1 week of non-stop traveling and trekking in Sapa, we needed to rest our mind and bodies in a nice hotel. And The Lapis did not disappoint us! When we arrived in the early morning, I felt very sick. The receptionist and the rest of the hotel staff kindly arranged us a room. The service in this hotel is excellent! About the room, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. Also, even though our room was facing the street, it was not noisy. We also loved the pool and the view it offered. We cannot say anything about the breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning. All in all, we had a great stay there and we regret staying only 1 night. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel with attentive staff ”
Very quiet and extremely clean hotel in walking distance from the lake and old quarter. Luc (doorman) was very hardworking and friendly. My daughter left her treasured teddy bear there, which we only discovered when we’d checked out & headed to Hoi An. After contacting the Lapis, they immediately went and looked for the teddy and offered to courier it to us, free of charge! What wonderful customer service & a highly recommended hotel. We loved our stay at the Lapis

Best hotel near old quater”
It's only 10 minute walk from Hoan Kiem lake and quiet. The hotel is clean, good facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. My kids love the rooftop pool. Breakfast was good. I wanted to rent a bike but there was only 1 flat tire bike in front of the hotel.

Love the staff, decent pool”
The staff were incredibly helpful and genuine, thank you for making it a pleasant stay. I arrived at 10pm and they told me where to eat late and what to order. They told me where to buy gifts and made sure I have small change for taxi! Thank you reception staff Tam (if I remember the name correctly) Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The pool, gym, jacuzzi, steam room are decent for a 4 star. Walking distance to Bun Cha Huong Lien (the famous Obama restaurant), incredible seafood spring rolls! A few minor improvements: Elevator buttons are hard to press. Hotel name sign is not lighted at night, two taxi drivers drove pass the hotel. Hotel name wasn't in the Grab app, I had to manually enter the street address. Incredible stay!

Little bit of luxury at the end of the holiday!”
Had a lovely 2 days here, the staff especially Van were wonderful, exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms perfectly clean and the beds very comfortable. Roof top pool also brilliant and a great way to cool off at the end of a hot day. The only thing I would say is there aren't many sun beds (6 to be exact) and lounging by the pool space is very limited. The cheapest rooms have windows into an internal light well - very dark, so if you are like me an like natural daylight then go for the slightly more expensive rooms (you won't be disappointed and they are still great value) otherwise this was overall the best place we stayed the whole trip.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Location was good, not the best spot but within walking distance to most point of interests in the old Ha Noi. Facilities were welcoming, staffs all friendly and tried to go out of their way to accommodate you. Great for short and medium stay with no fuss.

Small luxury and good comfort”
Hotel is not big but luxuriously decorated with a small pool, gym, sauna, steam bath and hot bath pool - small luxuries that made our stay in this hustle and bustle city more relaxing. It’s at least a 15 minutes walk to the lake and another 8 minutes walk to the edge of The Old Quarter. If you’re not into walking, Grab service takes you to the lake or Old Quarter area at a minimum fare of VND25k. The front desk staff offered warm and friendly service and were pretty attentive. Hotel is still new and clean. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Stayed here on the way back from a trip to halong bay for one night. It was perfect and great value. We spent the time before our flight out of Hanoi hanging by the pool which was a welcome escape from the Hanoi heat.

Beautiful hotel”
We loved this place. Feels opulent but reasonably priced. We arrived late at night and when we crawled into bed we were instantly relaxed because it was so comfortable. Location is about 20 min walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter area. This area seemed more posh/boutique than the Old Quarter. It is close to the opera house and luxury shopping as well as many restaurants. If we make it back to Hanoi we will stay here.
