Not too bad”
Honestly we were worried after reading many negative reviews. So we decided to check the house first if it's that bad we might move to somewhere else. We got a very good deal for a big family, THB 5000 per night for 3 families of 6 adults and 3 kids. Location is great. House is big but it need maintenance. We didn't use the swimming pool but the water was clean and blue when we were there. There's also a goat families for kids to play with. It's a very big vacation home. It's not a resort or hotel so for us it's acceptable. You can do BBQ or play badminton and there are many outdoor space for kids to run and explore. Towels are quite old so you might prepare your own.

Good Staffs ”
Pros: Staffs were extremely helpful and nice though the language barrier. The location is quite decent though the road sign could be prominent. Swimming pool is clean with staffs cleaning it. Cons: No physical reception office when we reached. Need to approach the ground staff for checking in. Need to self drive. Summary: Value for money with helpful staffs

The owner said Agoda didn't send them i Booked!!”
just as the topic, when i reach the place at 8pm, nothing was ready, i waited 15 minutes for the reception to come, only to find out that the house i booked for wasn't available because agoda didn't send then the info which i booked months in advance!!! I got an upgraded house with a pool. However it wasn't clean at all, the toilet has only curtain and no doors, the room is full of windows and curtains are too small for the window, the shower has no hooks for any towels or place to put dry clothes and i cannot come out to dress in the room due to the small window curtain.

it was a last minute booking due to previous booking was cancelled due to host not able to fulfill my stay. this placd great location and great for big groups but not as clean as it should be.

Badly maintained property ”
- window broken - no staff visible - no house number, no lobby - dirty pool - dusty and dirty house - kinda unsafe for young kids - poor house design - poor lighting - doesn’t even have pots in the house or water! - not recommended at all! Was even difficult for most of us to sleep!
