Excellent service. Clean rooms. The ocean view is amazing from the balcony in each room. The view of the mountain facing rooms is good too. Excellent full bar and restaurant! Beautiful sandy beach. A gem of a place. Full service including room service, laundry, good wifi, hot water, very comfortable beds, fridge, tv, couch, chairs on the balcony. And did I mention the service? Fantastic people. You can even rent a kayak if you want to spend some time out on the ocean.

This hotel is directly at the beach, so you will have an astonishing view from the balcony, as well as from the bar were you can sit next to the pool. If I come back to the area I will stay there again!

Excellent place with great views”
Initially we only booked one night but we liked the place so much we stayed another. The staff were nice, the bar and pool area was nice and the rooms. Our only gripe was that we went down for a morning coffee and paid 60baht each for what tasted like a 3 baht sachet. We couldn't drink the coffee so we walked 100m and got a proper coffee instead. We loved the area and the hotel though. We'll definitely be back again.

Lovely place for a Hotel right on the beach . Great food and drink. Photos can not give you the feel of how good it is to be there. Bed had topper pad so a good night sleep was had. Only fault was the shower head it did not spray correctly. Other wise Hotel was great value for a place on the beach We would love to go again

Nice place, has a nice pool and a great private beach. Food is good, service is great. It is simple, old style, you smell cigarette, hear the traffic, everything is simple, but not bad. We asked for upgrades as after Covid we thought they can do it at least if the rooms are not cheap, but they insisted that they are fully booked. Which was a lie obviously. I guess the owner did not allow them to do that.

Pros : Our second time being here. First time on Dec 2017, was impressived. Breakfast was greate. But Restaurant is still great. We have 1 Room Service and 2 Dinners here. It is delicious. Beach Bench is improved, so it's only place outdoor that we can use during day time. Cons. This time breakfast is low quilty. They prepare cigarette area , so sometimes smoke comes during our dinner and breakfast. Next time we will book no breakfast. And order breakfast from hotel restaurant.

The hotel was nice, but towels was smell fishy they didn't use softener for washing. Food at restaurants wasn't that good I ordered green curry all vegetables in curry not cooked and taste too salty. Anyway the view is amazing.

Im sorry that it failed my expectations”
I cut short my stay at this hotel and transferred to a better one that suits my needs. The hotel did not meet my standards because I was expecting: - a nice beach front (but there were a lot of garbage and hotel staff’s maintenance of the beach front is poor. - pool is small (and depth at below 4 feet) and very close to the hotel bar. So if you have big kids, they may not enjoy it. - aside from low water pressure, floor drain is clogged at our bathroom. Their heater works though. - no phone available in our room. On a positive note, i want to commend the very warm and accommodating staff. They serve very good breakfast too. If you are a solo traveller or a young couple (backpackers), this hotel may suit your needs. They have parking spaces just in case you bring your car. To the hotel staff, please take my feedback constructively. All the best.

the bathroom had pubic hair in the wash basin and there's a lot of dust under the bed. the beach was literally littered with trash from the sea. the breakfast was just below average toast, coffee. and Asian food. the room facing the street was very noisy with traffic.

Perfect Location”
This Hotel has a fantastic location for the casual drinker and/or for a peaceful respite out of the town. The breeze and view form the bar is just sublime. The rooms were well kept although I found the shower tap awkward. The service was generally good but 2 staff members wrongly ordered some food and refused to cancel the order. I have been coming to the Lord Nelson on many occasions and the Management are fantastic. Khun Belle and her delightful mother have created a very welcoming place for locals and travelers alike and I would not hesitate to recommend others to stay.
