Staff was very helpful, well communicate in english. Room was very clean. Toilet was clean too. Accessible to main road, easy to get Grab or taxi. About 10 mins ride to the night market and about 20 mins ride to datanla waterfall.

The room is awesome with a luxurious look of the bathroom. The room did not have an air conditional but it is ok for us as at night, the room is very cold. By switching on the fan for ventilation, the room is cold enough as the temperature in Dalat is low. The bed is soft and comfortable and we are really happy with the TV channels too. We are able to access to different channels. The breakfast has lots of varieties too. Good Stay!!!

I loved the Luxe hotel and would recommend it for anyone traveling to Da Lat. The only problem I had with them was that I had added breakfast to my booking and was told they were working on the breakfast area and there wouldn't be any available. We were reimbursed though and found some very nice breakfast restaurants nearby so it worked out for us.

We loved the luxe hotel. It is a little out of the the way from the downtown area but it was quite and Grab is cheap and reliable to get anywhere fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Da Lat.

It is Comfortable and nice rooms with a morning buffet, but there are a bit of convenient if you drive a car because of the incovenient parking lot. In general, it is a good place to stay if you wanna visit Dalat. I recommend it.

It’s a nice and clean hotel. Location:4/5 Friendliness and helpfulness: 5/5 Breakfast: NA as they were doing some renovation, however, we were refunded 600k from the hotel. Cleanliness and housekeeping:4.5/5 Overall: 4.5/5 recommended for family. Remarks: Renovation starts as early as 7am daily, be prepared for it.

Big room, very clean. First sight, the front is small, but inside is very large. Breakfast is delicious with vietnamese cuisine.
