This is the hotel i would book when i return to Saigon. The room was modern, clean and perfect in size. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Location was also great, with a nearby cafe that opens till late. Probably the best part of the stay was the two security at the front of the hotel. The gentleman during the day was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is great value, safe and in a great location. If you get a window room, expect to hear some traffic noise at night. However, this did not affect me as i actually enjoyed it.

accomodating friendly staff from doorman ,receptionist ,house keeper,staff at the restaurant buffet area,cleanliness of the hotel room facilities ,is like when your in a 5 star hotel while your staying , the buffet was delicious ,enough to fill you for the whole day , plus the price so affordable iven the addional person which comes with breakfast buffet when you pay very reasonable price,plus near to all tourist spot mall , Ben than market by foot is a bonus ,tours available in the reception for other tours also

Easy check-in with very friendly staff. Housekeeping does a great job at keeping my room clean. The security guard goes beyond his duties when he catches the taxi for me and brings my luggages even before I come downstairs to the lobby.

Happy with the stay, clean room, good breakfasts, good staff. Only problem was the hot water to the room was no good, nothing to the sink, shower had a couple minutes before water pressure from hot water reduced to a trickle. Suspect hotel is recovering from covid restrictions and would still give them another go next time we visit HCMC.

1 of the better hotels with good hot and powerful shower. Only complaint is the toilet equipments are not properly thought through, ie no washing hose at toilet bowl, no holders at shower area. Other than that, great location, extremely friendly and accomodating staff, and value for money. Those reviews that complained about no windows, in actual fact, it's better without windows as main roads are usually very noisy from 6am.
