booked a double room”

booked a double room at this low rent hotel. When we arrived we were given a twin room. Not good when one has not seen their partner for several months and wanting to rekindle some romance. Despite showing them the booking which showed a double room they were unable to provide what we had ordered. We spent 2 hours in the room trying to find a local hotel with a double room. Left and moved on to a hotel which could give us what we ordered

jolly good for price we paid”

location,cleanliness and breakfast

the hotel in fairly basic. the room was quite small but contained everything that you needed. the bed were 2 singles put together so unfortunately the quilt was a little small but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean although a little outdated. The shower was hot (it took a little while for the water to become hot but when it got up to temperature it was fine) The breakfast was extremely good as much as you could eat and the bacon was lovely quality. I think that the only downside was very limited parking on road and the car parks were quite expensive. But the hotel is quite central Bournemouth so you cant really . We would definitely stay here again

Friendly but too noisy”

The staff was friendly and the rooms were ok for the price you pay. However, the hotel is very noisy and even though the bed was quite comfortable I didn't sleep at all. Throughout the nice loud groups of people kept coming back and were walking up and down the corridors (which actually made my bed move!) I guess this hotel is more for people who are coming to go out, stay out, get drunk and not sleep.

Ms Andrews ”

Very basic accommodation, sheets were clean, room very old and run down, lift didn't work. They had a leak which meant five rooms were un-useable, so three members of our weekend group had to stay in another hotel , which we only found out two days before we travelled when I rang hotel to ask about parking. (which there isn't any) . All very disappointing. But we had a bed to sleep in thankfully.

ok, bit like staying at faulty towers!!”

cheap, quite near to town centre,

It was ok, only staff we could find couldn't really understand much English and were a little unsure as to when breakfast was and what was going on but it was just a cheap pit stop for me and a friend to go out on the town for the night so was adequate. We didn't make breakfast which may or may not of been between 8.30 and 9.30, lad at reception didn't sound that sure!!

Terrible place to stay”

After we booked in we left for an afternoon & evening out with our 3 young children. When we arrived back at the hotel later that evening they had given our room to another family!!!!! It then took quite a while for them to find an alternative room for us. The staff were very unhelpful & no-one could tell us who actually made the mistake, trying to blame everyone else!!! The images on the website are also very misleading. Avoid this hotel.

Sanitair was erg verouderd.
