Relaxing Ambience”
Our family stayed in a 1-bedroom suite at The Manor for 3 days and 2 nights. Their staff was excellent. There was no airconditioner, but the weather was cool enough that the ceiling fans in the room were adequate to ensure our comfort. The main bedroom featured a queen-sized bed (although they said it was king-sized), an ensuite bathroom, and a vanity table. There was another bathroom in the living area, and there was a kitchenette and a small dining area as well. There was a sofa bed/pullout in the living room, which the staff set up at our request. Basic toiletries were provided, and the towels were fluffy and soft. Our son loved the garden with its artificial waterfall, and the nearby playground. They also had paid activities for children every afternoon, but our 3-year old was a little too young to participate in the cupcake decorating class. The dinner buffet had less options than other buffets, but what they had was delicious. The pastries at the deli were also quite tasty.

Loved it.”
It rained everyday we were there. But it was great as the hotel has a nice cozy feeling. The hotel is clearly old but has been really well maintained. The suite room is massive and very comfortable. I love that they give ground coffee and a plunger instead of instant coffee. We particularly enjoyed the piano bar in the evening. Drinks are actually quite cheap. The restaurant was good, not particularly allergy friendly though which made it tough. If no allergies it's it's a good menu. It's really nice sitting outside amongst all the plants. All the staff were fantastic and super friendly. Especially the ones that sang happy birthday to me. The gym and spa are decent, good prices. I enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, the hotel totally was above my expectations and I enjoyed a really good birthday there.

Best Hotel in Baguio”
We had a wonderful stay at the Manors. Our 1 bedroom suite is really spacious and sparkling clean. They even gave me a complimentary birthday cake which I really appreciate. Kudos to all the staff, from the frontdesk to the housekeeping, the staff at the lobby - they are all helpful, welcoming and courteous, smiling to all of the guests. I just hope they will also have a package for rooms with breakfast that are plated since we are not a fan of buffets (especially to those guests with young kids who don't eat that much). But overall, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baguio. ❤

Exceptional”
“It’s so much fun!” This is the exact words coming from my two-year old son whenever we talk about our awesome experience at The Manor. Our room was spacious and very comfortable - perfect for the celebration of my son’s birthday and Father’s Day. The food and services are excellent. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the grounds are well maintained with great views perfect for the kids. We wish we had more time to stay there. We plan on returning for another staycation. Thank you 😊 ❤️

A luxurious stay.”
All the staff are very receptive and helpful. The check-in/out process was very smooth. The receptionist who accommodated us did the extra mile of waiving the extra person charges since we can already fit (3 adults and 1 child) in the 2 double bed room. The place gives you the relaxing feeling the to its nature oriented theme. I can say that this place the first place where I did not have any episode of allergic rhinitis. It must really be clean. I would definitely come back and recommend It to everyone.

Cozy, friendly staff, nicest place to stay in Baguio ”
We arrived on a Sunday, a lot of people checking out. Busy busy for everyone. It took us 1 hr to get seated in the hotel restaurant and got our food. It's understandable because of peak hours. Lechon bagnet was my favorite in the restaurant 🥰 Staff were friendly, and very helpful. Cozy beds, clean rooms, picturesque garden. My only complain is the water pump noise at 5am in the early morning, shakes the entire room (101). Other than the, everything was pleasurab

Best place to get xmas vibes”
So lucky to get a flash deal for xmas eve at this hotel just one week before xmas (it's always sold out since couple months ago, good thing I did not give up and keep on checking it!), though we couldn't get a garden view room, but overall the hotel is really one of the best to celebrate xmas. The xmas decoration is soooo lovely, I couldn't stop taking pictures in every corner of the hotel. The room is spacious enough for 4 of us (with 2 kids age 6 and 8y old). The price of mini bar and snacks are not expensive. We also got a lovely xmas hampers. If you can get a garden view room esp during xmas seasons, don't think twice!

Excellent place, service, managers and staff.”
Staff and manager on duty ( Mr. Ronald) was very accomodating ang responsive to all our needs. He’s the one who transfer us immediately to other room due to noisy works under our room. The other room that we transfer was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Staffs and managers are trained well to handle customer complaints with solution. We will surely comeback again! Thank you!

A place you can call home”
My idea before of a perfect breakfast aside from sharing it with someone special would be indulging into any simple meal that is surrounded by lush greens, colorful blooms and soft rays from the sun. Our experience at The Manor at Camp John Hay blew us away, we experienced to have breakfast while seeing birds flying by. Hearing their sweet melodies as well as the rustling leaves from the trees made the entire experience so magical. The Manor at Camp John Hay’s interiors and rooms looked and felt so homey that we can only say good things about it. Their wooden walls and furniture gave us this really cozy homey feel!

Good Breather”
Our 2N&3D- stay is about to end tomorrow. The hotel is full and I was not able to request adjoining rooms. I tried to email and contact agents assigned by the hotel (in Agoda) right after my booking last June 25, but all three names and email given did not reply back. I emailed and messaged (FB messenger) the hotel directly but to no avail. We're 6 in the family and booked 3 rooms (1 large and 2 double rooms). The two rooms are situated in the farthest area of the hotel, while our room is just near the elevator. Good thing my children are older (24 , the oldest and 16, the youngest). All in all our stay is very good.

Cozy Cabin Hotel Staycation”
If you're looking for a quick escape from the city but too scared to stay in a hotel due to COVID, this is the place for you - Camp John Hay specifically The Manor Hotel. Most of us have been quarantined in our homes for so long. Here you'll get to relax, do leisure outdoor walks, and enjoy the fresh air without worrying about the virus. They also have a spacious outdoor restaurant that serves good food. The overall interior and cabinlook of the hotel perfectly matches the Baguio weather and will make you feel as if you're not in the Philippines.

Elegant and Peaceful”
The Manor is an elegant and very peaceful hotel which would be best if you are looking for that R&R. It is far enough from the city of Baguio to be away from the hustle and bustle of this very touristy place, but still be close enough to it to get the conveniences of city life within reach. The rooms could be better, a little bit dated but it's this very thing that adds to the charm of this gem in Baguio.
