So I was afraid to stay at this hotel as I know it’s a few years older than many of others that are have been built around the Haram Al Nabawi, so I booked only two nights to check it out. I have done a few Omro before and have stayed in Dar Al Taqwa, Dar Ali man, Hilton suites, movempeck. This by far is the best out of all of them it’s slightly pricier But honestly if you are a lady Fleur Traveler on your own it’s fantastic. Prices are on the same par as Dar Al Taqwa Bites the difference is night and day. it’s exceptionally clean , its staff is very efficient and extremely helpful. Location is fantastic overlooking the Hiram and the Janat Al Baqee. City view rooms are lovely and spacious but Haram view rooms are very nice, slightly smaller. Breakfast is nice, nothing amazing, but it’s clean and great variety. I suspect they might need to update but having said that they have maintained it very very well. So there is no smell or stench in the bedrooms like other hotels of its age. I would highly recommend but be warned Just lightly pricier than your average five stars in Medina

I don’t usually like to write reviews, but the way I enjoyed Oberoi stay encouraged me to do so. During my stay at Oberoi, I noticed that all staff are super kind and always welcoming. The security guards are very nice and helped me a lot with finding parking although the place was insanely crowded. The receptionists and housekeepings are also lovely. The breakfast is decent, not the best in the world, but still it is one of the high quality food taste. Oberoi Madina is absolutely my kind of hotels in the future.

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION, LOCATION, STAFF, MEALS,CLEANLINESS AND FACILITIES. CANNOT FAULT ANYTHING EXCEPT DECOR A BIT DATED!! I AM WIDELY TRAVELLED AND HAVE HIGH EXPATATIONS OF A FIVE STAR PROPERTY FOR THE STAFF NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH. ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, WELL TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL. IF I HAD TO NAME ANYONE THEY ARE: THE MANAGER HIMSELF ( YES!) HOLA AND EMAN , STAFF AT GUEST SERVICES ; OFFERED SERVICES BEYOND EXPECTATION!

Only thing is that the rooms are small but very high quality and cleanliness. The staff are very friendly and try their best to serve us. The front desk staff is very quick and polite. But little expensive compared to the same class hotels in the area.

Good location, well-trained & friendly staffs”
Fast check-in & check-out. Friendly & trained staffs - receptionist, security, restaurant & cleaner. The minus here is that the concierge/doorman thought I am a driver before realize I am staying at the hotel. Tasty foods but can improve in varietiness. Ample space of parking & sufficient for a large SUV. Room is spacious & well-mantained although the furniture is a bit old & worn-out.
