Absolutely Loved Our 7 Night Stay!!! ”
My Family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids - 14 & 9 y.o) loved the resort. We got a unit with 2 bedrooms. Very well equipped - washing machine, microwave, Cable TV in every room, wifi. The private beach and water were clean. Not too far from Hoi An and Danang City.

Excellent Staff Service”
When we got our 2 bedroom the first day the AC wasn't working in one of the rooms and they were able to fix it very quickly. We ask for a room change on the second day because one of the bathroom was too small for me and both water pressure was to low. They were able to accommodate my request and change us to two single rooms very quickly. Benny the manager was very helpful helping us to book a car to Bana Hills and answered any questions we have. Overall I had a great stay with the exception of not liking the bathroom setup.

Overall okay, some disappointment”
This is my 2nd time staying in the Ocean Villas. Last time, my experience has been great but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations this time. Some issues I have faced: - As it is a busy season, the facilities are not maintained in its best condition. Floor and overall cleanliness were compromised compared to last year. Also, some hiccups with air conditioner, refrigerator, power supply and so on. They fixed them pretty quickly, but was not a pleasant experience - Inactive staff support. Had a bird in my room which squeaked all night long making it impossible to go to sleep. I waited and asked staffs to clear the issue next morning, but they never had got it out of my room until I checked out (for 3 days). - Very very poor Spa service. It has been the worst spa service ever. Not sure how they train their staffs, but just it wasn't a spa service anyone would pay money for. Otherwise, considering the concept and the price of the place, stay was okay after all above downsides.

It was a waste of money. The shower faucet did not work. My friend decided to stay over but the reception said the house keeping isnt available. We also asked for 2 bottles of water and extra bed but it wasnt available also. This is a 5 star resort but the sevice wasnt up to standard even water wasnt provided enough. Hence the resort still charged 1.000.000++ vnd for the 2 people stayed extra. It was a wastr of money and to total price that our group paid for 1 night was more than 10.000.000 vnd but was below expectation and satisfaction.

Stay away from this property”
The resort only manage 30% of total Room. The remaining rooms was Sold and the owners are free to live and sublease. So the whole rẻot is messed up with 3 kinds of residence. Hence securities guards doesnt care about ressort’s customers, during my stay they fought 3 times with my taxi driver simply because they didnt open the gate but sitting their!!!!! Drivers honked and here come the fighting. Also securities within the property also doesnt think we are customer since there are Many customers of the individual room owners so they dont give a ****. They kept asking me as asking criminal. No food delivery service is allowed even at the lobby or front desk of the resort so you have to walk all the way to the entrance to recieve. What a night mare!!!

Beautiful Hotel, Fantastic Facilities and Staff”
This was our first stay at The Ocean Villas and after waiting 9 months for our girl trip away, this resort did not disappoint! We had a three bedroom villa with each bedroom having it's own bathroom upstairs and downstairs had an additional bathroom, lounge, dining and kitchen, all that opened up onto an outdoor dining area, private pool and sun loungers on the grass. We had breakfast at the restaurant each day which had a great variety that changed daily. We also ate lunch and dinner several times in the Villa (delivery menu - no delivery surcharge) and at the restaurant. Being the start of the wet season, we were lucky we had good weather and the resort mostly to ourselves. The waitstaff were fantastic! They indulged us with some loud 80s / 90s music and kept the cocktail coming! The reception staff booked several tours for us and even communicated with other outside tour people on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble. The only thing to note is that they will only change US dollars at the hotel. But they gave us addresses for banks in Hoi An and we had no troubles. A bus to Hoi An would have been nice but the taxis only cost us about $15 anyway. You are close enough to Hoi An and Da Nang that you can eat out and explore but it is secluded enough that you can enjoy the quiet private beach too. Would highly recommend this resort and it will be even more fantastic once all the extensions and additional villas have been completed over the next few years.

Great value for money”
We went back to the Ocean Villas after a not very satisfying stay at another hotel in Da Nang. Proved to be a wise decision. The staff at Ocean Villas recommended us to the LONG Coffee cafe, where we enjoyed Vietnamese coffee with the locals and bought the coffee there. Special thanks to Anh of Ocean Villas, a cheerful girl who went the extra to volunteer to provide interpretation for us at an agarwood shop, ON HER REST DAY!! What a pleasant surprise!
