I would love to recommend Okura because of their services. Fast checkin and sometimes do early checkin. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The room service was on point. They clean the room twice a day! One at noon and one before bed time. They even left us some notes to wish us have a great night and some origami papers! The breakfast has 2 options: Japanese and International. I have tries both and both are so good. The hotel is connected to the BTS station. You don't have to go out of the building to the road to access BTS. Overall, I am happy with their service and would love to recommend this one to my friends and family!

Superb service ”
Love all in this hotel. Corner room on 31st floor with panoramic view of the city and lush garden make us relax and comfortable to stay .Bento from Yamazato restaurant is delicious and worth to try. Morning breakfast taste good and fresh from the oven. Pool with controled temperature is suitable to swim all day long. Eventually would like to thanks all staffs for superb service . We impress every aspects in the hotel and will come back to stay again definitely.

Best place to stay in the middle of city”
This was the second time I chose Okura for my stay in BKK. The location is, superb, close to BTS station by 3 min walk. The decorations and facilities are splendid, nice checking in area, floor24th. I had a deluxe corner room, very awesome views. Staffs are professionalism 😊, especially, room maid team. Very time you were out and back to room, it was always cleaned up, amazing. ❤️❤️❤️

Best hotel to stay in Bkk! ”
Everything was perfect, from the moment u enter the hotel, you’ll be treated like royalty. The hotel staff will assist u whenever u need help, and the breakfast options are plenty. There’s Japanese breakfast and buffet breakfast to choose from! Both are so good. The rooms are so clean and turndown service every night was a nice touch. Will stay again definitely.

Amazing hotel”
One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Service, design, location, cleanliness, and amazing food. We loved the room so much, I treated my in-laws to a night at the hotel (they had a condo near Siam Discovery). The service was truly amazing and rivals that of our past Four Seasons stays. Would definitely return when in the Bangkok area. Pool and restaurant/bar views are spectacular!

Good clean hotel”
Pleasantly surprised by how good the Okura Prestige is. Right in front of a BTS station, located right where most people want to be while in Bangkok. Not too many rooms which also means the hotel don't feel crowded. Good selection for morning breakfast. If I need to nitpick on something, then will say that the pillows provided where too soft.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Bangkok. With the Test & Go package, hotel was helpful from the start (Day 1 PCR tests and procedures) to Day 5 ART which they help submit. Staff was helpful throughout the stay. Pool with great view and gym facilities. Room is clean and overall a wonderful experience.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in..”
Excellent service and assistance by every single hotel staff member I met! The delux twin room was immaculately clean and was serviced and turned down whenever requested. We had separate bathroom and toilet facilities which was a great idea and the heated toilet seat incorporating a bidet was amazing. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and loved the black out curtains for getting over the jet-lag! Breakfast was usually crossiants from the bakery and were French-like quality.. crispy on the outside and buttery delicious on the inside! Buffet breakfast had a great selection of continenetal and Asian dishes but a bit over-priced. The gym had a good selection of equipment and the massage at the spa on the last day was heavenly!! Saving the best for last.. the infinity pool was instagram-worthy both day and night. Paid about 80-100bhat one way to MBK/Siam/Central malls and about 200bhat to Platinum by taxi/Grab/tuktuk. Not a single doubt I will stay here again when visiting Bangkok!

Family-Friendly and clean!”
My daughter has sensitive nose so it really helps when the hotel is very clean. They replenish the fruits every day, provide kids’ bedroom slippers which I do not see it at any other hotels so am very pleasantly surprised. They also provide kids’ robe, toothbrush and tooth paste. Overall, this is my go-to hotel in BKK with awesome service, location and amenities!

Beautiful hotel excellent location ”
This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location next connected to the ploenchit bts. Fabulous spread for breakfast buffet and the Michelin Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Only thing that made this stay less than perfect was the hotel’s strict policy on allowing check-ins after 3pm. We arrived at 1230 and even after lunch at the hotel restaurant at 230 the room was ‘still not ready’ despite the hotel clearly not being fully occupied. It’s also not easy to contact front desk - we had to ring several times for help before we could get through at about 8pm in the evening - we could not connect to the tv with our devices and they were unable to solve the issue - the technician gave us a hdmi cable meant for laptops when we asked for one for the HandPhone or iPad. So if there’s one thing lacking at this hotel it’s a real lack of personal touch and service. But in terms of room size, views, breakfast and location it’s wonderful. But I may not stay here next time if my plane is arriving earlier.

Staffs were super supportive, even though we could not check-in at the provided time. We were taken to a lounge area with bite-sized foods and late check-out. The room itself is the most comfortable I've been in and has all the amenities you need for your stay. I wish I could bring the bed back home!

Nice and comfortable stay”
The staff were nice and helpful especially the one on ground floor gave us warm welcome and good recommendations for shopping and dining when we asked him. Swimming pool on 25/F is fantastic with nice view. International buffet breakfast provided lots of food choices and we enjoyed much.

I've been to many different hotels in Bangkok but Okura is becoming one of my favorites. Great room and view (looking out to Central Embassy), great room layout where the bathroom and bathtub are in separate places (very Japanese standard) and great water pressure. Facilities are also great - enjoyed my workout at the gym. Loved the spa. And loved the pink gin. Nothing to complain. Highly recommend for someone who is working hard, needs a short break with no hassle and pure relaxation.

Location is good there’s a bridge that link you to the big shopping mall opposite the hotel and train station. Hotel is new so very clean bed is comfortable they give you two type of pillow. Only thing is the hotel is a bit dark at night so when you cab back make sure you don’t miss the hotel.

Appreciated the aesthetic, clean room and excellent service staff. The variety and quality on offer at the Western buffet and Japanese breakfast was very good. Wi-fi was laggy and inconvenient, I used my mobile data instead. Location is convenient with escalator access to BTS Phloen Chit and Central Embassy Mall. Overall a lovely visit!
