Just perfect”
After staying in several different Hotels in Hanoi (Vietnam) and Chiang Mai over the past couple of weeks, this was the first hotel where every single thing was perfect. It was very quiet (finally no need for earplugs!), clean, has a beautiful pool, a nice gym (free weights and everything we needed), extremely friendly personnel, a delicious breakfast and the location was just great in general. We really appreciated being in an area with more locals and less tourists around, as the restaurants were fantastic (always with English menus) but way cheaper than in the city center. The hotel even gave us free transport to the airport (we stayed 5 nights)! We couldn't have been happier and would love to come back next year!

One of the Best Hotels in Thailand”
For the money this is terrific place to stay; in my experience one of the best in all of Thailand. Rooms are spacious with king-sized beds. You are provided with a mini kitchen and a sink. There is a bathtub; the water is lukewarm but not hot. The internet is excellent and stable, and great if you're a working professional on Zoom or Skype. The pool is small but swimmable. The garden ambience is pleasant and the hotel is a considerable distance from the bustling road. The staff are exceptionally kind; they go out of their way to be helpful. There's a very good soup restaurant about 500 feet away and a great little bakery that produces delicious pastries and breads less than a quarter of a mile away. I would rate this place 9.8

Pleasant quiet place”
This small hotel has spacious rooms and clean fair - sized bathrooms. Some rooms have small balconies as well. There is an elevator, small gym, and a pool. (Do note that the pool looks MUCH larger in the photos than it actually is.) Staff are friendly and very professional and speak excellent English. I would definitely stay here again as it offers exceptional value.

The room was very spacious and nice. We had no issues while we stayed there. We were able to set up an airport pick-up and the person was on-time and there were no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful and helped us make a reservation to go to an elephant sanctuary. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a gem. We chose this place on the recommendation of the "Extra pack of peanuts" podcast and we weren't disappointed. We loved the fact that it was in a quaint little neighborhood where we could rub shoulders with the locals. It is so vastly different from Bangkok and makes me never want to go back to the big city again.

A Terrific Place!”
A spacious clean room, king-sized bed, a bathtub, fridge, stable wifi, swimming pool (small), gym, exquisite garden, and a wonderful staff who truly go out of their way to help you. There's a western style bakery less than half meter away selling artisanal breads and delicious pastries, and a very good soup joint about 200 meters from the hotel. It's a bit out of the way from the Old Quarter. My only criticism is that the water for the bath is warm but not hot. So I would give this hotel a 9.8. I would have no hesitation about coming back and also telling my friends that this is the place to stay for the price if they're going to Chiang Mai.

Interesting place”
The staff were nice. The location was lively with a big market and lots of cool little restaurants within a couple minutes walk. The hotel had everything you need but was a little outdated. The bathroom was not up to our standards. The room did not have proper lock on the door. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend.

Very well run with excellent English ”
Well organised, professional and reliable. The gym isn't great, with old equipment and very small. Rooms are comfortable though and the staff follow through on eveything. 20 minute walk into the old town, but loads of restaurants and a fantastic cheap local market right nearby.

Large rooms and great breakfast”
The rooms are apartments, so there is a lot of space. It’s quite a ways from most attractions, but sort of close to the Maya mall. It’s great for if you want a quiet section of the city to relax. Staff were great. Very helpful and excellent English.

Pro - Inexpensive, clean, having decent gym and swimming pool(looks nicer in the Pic tho). Defenitely value for money. Con - room is a bit noisy with fridge making sound time to time, you can hear people on hall way. Also when you take shower you'll make whole bathroom wet! Overall, nice to place to stay

Authentic experience”
Located outside the old town (north) which is more touristic, the hotel offer an authentic experience. Near a lot of very nice restaurants and 20 minutes walk from the night market. The staff was very helpful to plan activities. Cons: the pool is cold but nice rooftop terrace to enjoy the sun.
