Best place to getaway from city ”
This place is huge and suitable for family, couple and solo traveller. It's far from Melaka city center but it has a lot of activities from the hotel. It also has variety choice of spa and wellness activities to choose from. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Weekday is quiet but weekends a lot of people. I went there to experience their spa. Their hotel interior design is very nice, suitable for taking pictures. They were very helpful too. I've left my phone charger in the hotel. I called them if they can deliver back to me I can bear the delivery charges. They did deliver back to me for free! Best customer service ever! Thank you!

Very big and clean rooms! Beautiful too very majestic! We took the room with private pool. Our kids had so much fun. The staffs are friendly too. We used the karaoke lounge & watched a movie with our kids there in the hotel. At night it was very dark back to our room though. But other than that alls good! We love it!

Exceptional”
I stay for 2 nights three days . The stay was fantastic. Everything of the the hotel was wonderful . I have stayed in many 5 star hotel across the world but this hotel stands out. The staff are so dedicated and friendly to ensure your stay is comfortable. Special mention goes out to the counter staff Maureen UY. This hotel have all the facilities a family with kids needs. The rooms are decorated in great taste. They had lion dance during CNY and so nice to see the owner mingling with the guest. I don't know any hotels that you can have these kind of experience. Will sure return here for my next stay in Melaka. Keep up the good work.

Staff were friendly, they prepared the baby cot for us before our arrival. Greeted us with smiles and always be there to assist us too. Location wise, a bit far from the city, not much food choice . Facilities are awesome. Will definitely visit you guys again

Relaxing Getaway from the City Life”
We had recently stayed at this spot and it was an amazing experience. It was just so relaxing and quiet. There is one king size bed and spacious room. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay, the staff there who attending to all our needs was very helpful. Would definitely make another visit here for a quiet getaway!

Great Stay for honeymoon! ”
Great hospitality from staffs. The moment you entered the guard house, concierge is there waiting to help carrying your luggage and served us with welcome drink. Superb helpful staffs and friendly. Room are big and spacious especially the toilet. And also their in-room decorations for honeymoon are special. Facilities such as jacuzzi, steam room, foot spa, big swimming pool and complimentary massage provided by the resort. Everything is in tip-top service. Is just the choice of food in the restaurant is not much choice. Overall great stay for me and my husband. We will definitely come back again. Had a very pleasent stay. Room is spacious and have own private pool. Spa facilities is very limited due to the pandemic. But Orchard tour is a must. Had lots of rambutans. If you want a peaceful and quiet environment, this is the right place. Breakfast - not so many choice but excellent - Fish Congee and Fried Bihun were very delicious

Great services and worth to stay ”
Excellent to all staffs. They are very friendly and served us very well. Many facilities provided and all are well maintained. We are happy as most of the facilities are without charges. The room is clean and the food served are good. The location is abit far from any town nearby but is still ok as the resort provided many facilities. The room rate is valuable with Agoda booking as the web rate is expensive.

It was my honeymoon trip & I would rate 9/10 For this place! I’m a person who loves nature & so my partner! So this place was absolutely awesome! Surrounded by trees which was very well maintained! Most of the facilities are not open for public due to Covid, which I knew earlier, so it wasn’t an issue for me. Staffs were very friendly and gave their best to serve us! The only slight disappointment was the food, as it was super limited and not the best I would say. Bt their breakfast has make it up. They have staff shortage too, so as a traveler in this pandemic season, I truly understand their constraint and adapt myself to it. Love my stay! And the place was superb!

We have booked 1 Garden Villa, and 2 Deluxe rooms for family members. The rooms were spacious, specially the Garden Villa was beautifully designed with luxury and relaxation in mind. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the arrangement to help us change one of the deluxe room to Bamboo Suite for my dad, as he is not convenient to take the staircase. We really enjoyed using the facilities, especially the Jacuzzi, spa pools, Yoga and Orchard Trail Walk activities. Strongly recommended as an ideal place for family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip and definitely will come again.
