Probably the best hotel service I have ever experience thus far … Our 1st trip to Hanoi for a short holiday. I was hesitant to which hotel I should booked as there are a few good choices but never regret booking with Oriental Jade Hotel after our experience. All their staff are ssoooo (so) welcoming and responsive to all your needs. Easy to communicate with them in English too. It takes about 40mins car ride from the airport to the hotel on a Sat afternoon. The hotel is easily accessible to most of their places of interest and nice food around the old quarter. Front desk staff are always enthusiastic to give good recommendation, when ask. Their room was cleaned, bed is comfy and a fast Wifi to go with. We stay on the 6th floor and it was quiet and away from the road side noise for a good night sleep but the view wasn’t great which I can do without. Special thanks to Ms Stella from sales & marketing dept for her response even after her work hour when I contacted her on an item that I had left behind. Ms Olivia, whom are so attentive and friendly in serving us during our breakfast and lastly Mr David, Hotel Manager & his crew for a job well done! I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Hanoi for holiday or for business.

Amazing hotel”
We stayed for 3 nights and highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very kind and so helpful to all your needs. Service was excellent and breakfast was also excellent with many choices of dishes. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable with nice views. Location is great as its only one block to the lake and many good restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic”
This was everything we could want from a Hotel in Hanoi. Perfect location, spotlessly clean and wonderful staff. We actually stayed 4 nights in 3 different stays as we moved to Tam Coc, and then Halong and Cat Ba. We were able to leave bags with the hotel and therefore travel lighter as we moved around. On our third visit the reception staff greeted us like old friends. Breakfast was very good and the views from the pool / roof top bar were wonderful. We have to make a special mention to one of the reception team - Autumn - who was so lovely helping us to check in and out especially as we changed plans and only spent a few hours in the Hotel on our way home. I couldn't recommend the Oriental Jade more highly

Fantastic staff... Polite, friendly and attentive. The hotel is in an excellent location. Within walking distance to most places of interest. The room was clean, decent gym for a hotel in the centre of Hoan Kiem, also has a rooftop bar and pool if that's your thing.

Value for money Hanoi Hotel Review of The Oriental Jade Hotel Pending review Was here on 30th Aug & 4th Sept. Clean rooms with firm beds, shower & bath-tubs, wall-to-wall carpeting, Wifi & TV. Fantastic Nice gym with rooftop bar+ swimming pool & astounding view of city. Instagrammable including the front entrance with cane sofas, Polite and very helpful staff who is all ready 24 hrs to serve you. Even could provide a weighing scale to weigh our luggage ! Great location. Out the entrance to the left and down a street to Ho Hoan Kiem lake (yes, the one with the red bridge & bustling with life). Northside to the market & famous cafes & street food, southside of lake high-end shopping & French Quarters walking. Turn right and next street is the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Hanoi & Starbucks. Lots of street shops around this area to buy knick-knacks. Jogged around the lake at 5.30 am, walked the French Quarters a little, then dipped in pool and thereafter continental breakfast with chef cook station for pho & eggs, with Asian staples, sauteed veg, bacon, pasteries etc and hot/ ice-cold Viet coffee. Recommend strongly you stay here. I will be back to Hanoi in December for our next trip and I will be definitely staying here !

Exceptional service, best possible location ”
Stayed for 4 days. 4 adults, 2 kids. All Vegetarian. Location: everything is walking distance. Good veg restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, spa, lake and all. Services/staff: Exceptionally good staff and services. Always attentive and proactive. Proactively offered water and fruits when leaving for Hà long cruise. Food : from vegetarian perspective, nothing in room service or restaurant menu. Breakfast have some soecific options for vegetarians but nothing great. Overall food for vegetarians need to improve but that's the case for all hotels in Old Quarter. But the location offers plenty of options nearby. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Stay”
Conveniently located within walking distance of 5mins from Ngoc Son Temple and 3mins from the St Joseph Cathedral worship landmarks. Service staff is very friendly and attentive. Exceptionally memorable was the rose petals with HP BD decorated on the bed plus a cake and bottle of wine pre-arranged as they knew this was a birthday trip. Hanoi is a beautiful city so please keep up the good job of keeping your guests safe and happy!

Great boutique hotel in the old quarter”
We spent two nights in a Gem Suite on the 9th floor with a view of the lake. The suite was perfect for us as a family with two small children, offering plenty of space for an extra bed and a baby cot. Overall the hotel is very child friendly. Great value for money. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter by foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful, ranging from very proactive bellboys all the way to the General Manager, with most staff speaking excellent English. We used the tour desk to book a private half day tour of Hanoi, which was well organized with a great guide. Breakfast was high quality with a wide selection, including several hot dishes that could be ordered à la carte. The only negative about the hotel is that the restaurant is located in the basement, so no natural light. The hotel has a solid spa with a good selection of treatments, although the basement location is similar to the restaurant and the spa could use a refurbishment. Nice rooftop swimming pool. At the time of booking, the suite came with several benefits such as free massage treatments and a free airport transfer, making the upgrade to a suite extra attractive. We will gladly return to the Oriental Jade Hotel next time we visit Hanoi.

The staff were very helpful. They arranged a car to meet us at the airport (I recommend this for night arrivals). The location is excellent. The breakfast was good and the bed supremely comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. One of the best i've stayed at and exceeded all our expectations. Location is central, ample restaurants around. They have everything you need, great buffet breakfast, rooftop bar, the rooms are good size, well equipped and comfy. The service is second to none, every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Good, clean hotel, in a good location near Hoan Kiem Lake. Our room had a nice view of the nearby Cathedral. Small hiccup in service during check in, but they showed that they valued their customers, which more than made up for the small hiccup. Staff were friendly and were passionate at their job. I would certainly stay here again when I next go to Hanoi.

Great location in old town close to shopping and attractions. Staff is incredible super helpful with any question and request. They speak very good English. Awesome pool on the roof with a view Hanoi which is especially impressive at night. Rooms are very clean and our bathroom had the actual shower instead of a tub with a shower head like in other Vietnam hotels we stayed in. We will be back!

Very nice place to stay with exceptional service from staff ”
Stayed 3 nights in total at Oriental Jade. Location is good with many nice eateries around. Service from staff is excellent and buffet breakfast is good. Hotel arranged for us to take a shower at the gym before we depart for the sleeping train to Sapa. If you are travelling with family, recommend to book the connecting room.

I had a really good 4 night stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel in November 2022 with my 9 year old daughter. The location is really good, the hotel has a very helpful annotated map and list of recommendations for activities to do. All the staff were really welcoming, very professional and pleasant to interact with. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast had a really good choice of foods and drink. The pool was a good size and my daughter loved playing there. The gym was a decent size and very functional for a hotel that size. The only area of improvement would be a suggestion that the rooftop bar plays quieter more relaxing music earlier during the day, then can play the more noisy more energetic music in the evening. Warm and friendly staff”
Got a warm welcome by the staff at the reception, especially Bryan and Lucy, the whole team is attentive to the guests, they even remember your faces. Whenever you ask for food or activities recommendation, they are always helpful. The manager was also attentive to your feedback, he came up and acknowledge it in person, after you submitted the feedback form when you check out. Will stay with them again when I next visit Hanoi. :D

Amazing service from all staff who always put on a happy face whenever they see you. You can feel their greetings to all the guests sincerely from their hearts which really make us feels very welcoming. Ideally located and accessible to most attractions and eateries. I can also do my morning run at the lake which is only 2min walk away.

Great hotel location in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Staff v attentive and took on board suggested feedback for the hotel thay I gave (using glass bottles for guests instead of plastic for example) Room was luxurious but my favourite was breakfast. So yummy! No regrets staying here

Very good location right in old quarters. Short walking distance to many places - restaurants, cafes, shops, the lake, galleries etc. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
