Strategic location , not jam & driving distance to Paragon mall area. Spacious room and clean apartment. The only thing is although we been given 4 bedroom but only 3 bedroom can sleep. The bedroom near to main door , seem to be like kitchen before, need to put more simply renovation.

Parking are quite full during night time as we travel in the morning and got back late night. The master bedroom door lock need to be replaced as it cannot lock and if you lock it u may have trouble to open it.

Comfortable stay but limited parking lots”
Comfortable stay for a big group equipped with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, iron, hair dryer, & living hall with a tv. The room is big too. We just hope that the hotel will reserve a parking lot for customers for convenience. Because the parking area in front of the hotel is always full with other cars.

Black Off”
No elevator is provided, strongly not recommend for those who travels with old folks. Our master room is black off at the first night meanwhile others room is normal. Coincidentally, the others apartment encounter the same problem as us. Waited for quite some time, the management provide another apartment for us at the MIDNIGHT. Please check with your electric supplies. I think this issue always happens.

Very friendly & helpful staff, especially Anne. Location is a walking distance to the popular Yau Tet Shin Street where food and snacks / biscuits shops aplenty. Only chose this place as most places were fully booked. However, the room & furniture needed some refurbishment & replacement as they looked old with wear & tear, didn’t look quite like the pictures. Will be good to improve cleanliness too as the bathroom floor was wet when we checked in, obvious dust was on bed head boards & other areas and the some dirty spoons not cleaned properly. The bedroom sizes were alright but the sitting hall together with the dining area was a bit small. Also spotted obvious stains on the quilt & the extra pillow inside the cupboard. Overall, it was just average.

The room I got has very poor soundproof, and we can hear music from a neighbor karaoke or discotheque whole night. Furthermore wifi was not working. Very disappointed.

Cleanliness to improve and response slow for maintenance”
The apartment is spacious and very near to the town area (strategic location). However improvement needed for the cleanliness (spider net and dust are observed). And also, very slow response for the complaints made as it took 3 days from the complaint reported to replace the leaking shower piping. But in the end when they are coming on the forth day to replace the piping, we are not around, so the shower leaked piping is totally no replacement until our checked out on the fifth day.

My family and I checked into The Osborne Apartments and stayed for five wonderful days. We were very impressed with the hotel design and comfort. Rooms and beds were large and comfortable, and the amenities (fridge, microwave oven, kettle) were of good brands and worked great. Our apartment, themed "Pistachio", was a joy to return to each day. The lighting and clean room were commendable, while the staff's friendliness and helpfulness should be the benchmark for all hotel personnel. Even the night guard was very friendly and helpful especially when we forgot our keycard (Note: DO NOT leave your key card in the room!). You don't have to go far to enjoy great food - just across The Osborne Apartments is Restaurant Fay Loo, a family-run eatery that specializes in Teochew and Chinese cooking. Food is affordable AND super delicious. Just a stone's throw away is a mamak/Indian restaurant with excellent fish head curry. A portion of this dish is only RM6! Incredibly cheap and tasty too. Would definitely stay in the same hotel again when we return next year. :) Thank you!
