An excellent getaway resort. Nice place and friendly staffs”
We stayed at the one bedroom villa in April 2019 for my daughter sweet 16 bday and our 21st wedding anniversary. We all had a wonderful time. The towel swan decoration, red wine and bday cake are nice surprise for three of us. Staffs were helpful and friendly. The man staff who served us at the patio restaurant always has a smile on his face and readily to answer every question we had. Housekeeping team is doing a great job by providing clean and speedy service. We were up at the pool while they are cleaning our bedroom and bathroom. They did their job efficiently by turning our room back to nice and clean in a short time. Reception staffs were helpful. Whenever we need something to refill and they will arrange for us. Concierge staff deliver our lugguages in no time after we checked in. Breakfast were delicious. The evironment of Palayana is very nice. My daughter fall in love with Palayana and asked to go back for next vacation. during our stay.

Nice escape from chaos.”
We are from China and we stayed in Bangkok for 2 weeks before we came to Hua Hin. Palayana is a nice hotel to stay if you are to escape from the noise and chaos. The hotel is pretty stand alone by the beach. We live in a 2 floor villa which comes with a swimming pool and is pretty spacious! The restaurant in the hotel is fair, and there are several restaurants around the hotel. There is some distance to Hua Hin actually, but what to lose, you can enjoy yourself very well staying here. :) A little suggestions to the room cleaning: you can standardize your cleaning procedure, since sometimes we are short of the mosquito pill supply and don't see any new ones coming when after room makeup. Overall, a nice stay. Highly recommended.

Just Wonderful!”
Firstly, the management and staffs were amazingly helpful and really made us feel like home. They went beyond ways to serve us so we could have the best experience. From the moment of checking in to checking out, we received countless smiles. Room was big and super clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast was very delicious. Pool bar and food was awesome. Hotel facilities were nice and we really felt far from chaos. Highly recommend to anyone. No need to think about it. Wonderful high end resort!

Hotel is good, but their policy is bad”
Staff are very friendly. But after our arrival I was told that they treat 11 years old as adults. I had to show them that Agoda mentions in their website 0-12 years old as children, they accepted my arguments after seeing the website contents. Later, when I asked for an extra bed sheet, they told me that they would charge THB 1000 per night for extra bed sheet. They suggested that instead I should take an extra bed for THB 1500 per night. That was outrageous. My daughter was insisting on sleeping on the sofa which was fun for her. So I thought of making arrangements for her to sleep on the sofa. But I wasn’t given the bed sheet. I think the management of Palayana worry more about making money than achieving customer satisfaction. Although the resort is undoubtedly enjoyable in every respect, but I was heartbroken to face such an unwarranted situation.

Best family resort!”
I'd highly recommend, especially for families looking for spending quality time on the beach. The facility is amazing (literally instagram photo locations on every corner), clean and spacious rooms (we got a 2 bed family suite, simply gorgeous!!), great food (even though there was only one restaurant open, they still gave us plenty of food choice) staff very friendly and doing an amazing job at making our stay most comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Paradise”
This hotel is amazing , very quiet setting , a 10 minute taxi ride into the busy night market . Our room was even better than it had looked on the website , the swimming pool is big with lots of comfortable sun loungers available . The restaurant is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful too with local knowledge

Pool clean and warm, jacuzzi in room great”
Best to consider: - jacuzzi in room balcony It was raining for 2 days when we stayed there but we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the balcony of our room overlooking the villa and the beach. Great view, you can sing or watch in your laptop while having snacks or drinks warming yourself at jacuzzi. - swimming pool comfortably warm Though it was raining then, we spent 3hrs in the swimming pool as the water is warm and clean. Water continuously flowing out the edge of the pool making the leaves dropping from the plants and trees nearby taken out of the pool. The bar is so convenient that you don't need to go out of the pool when wanting to eat ice cream or to have some drinks. - buffet breakfast, Yogurt great There is plenty to choose from and i like the taste of their yogurt. - restaurant We didi not eat or order from the restaurant as the price is too expensive. What we wish to eat were seafoods like crabs, but they said they do not have crabs that time. -Jacuzzi Suite Spacious and having 2 lavatories outside the toilet made it more convenient. I love it with bathroom and toilet separate, made it even better for us 3 in a room to not wait to use any of them. - staff are humble, helpful, the golf cart driver and lady at reception nice and helpful. - housekeeping responded promptly. Beachfront has a bar in front, garden, swing, horse passing by to ride on or take photo, lighter and smooth sands to walk on. We were not able to try the beach as it rained on our 2nd and 3rd day there. It was good we were able to see and walk on shore on our 1st day when we arrived. Compared to neighboring hotels, Palayana beachfront is more pleasant, clean, appealing ambiance, not gloomy as the weather was attempting to suggest. We will come back....private Jacuzzi in that great view and swimming pool great !

Excelent service and restaurant”
Was our first stay in Thailand after a long flight and drive. Really extremly friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. The pool is clean and spacious and we did enjoy the stay very much. Rooms are big and clean with a lot of light switches. A little bit out of town but with a free shuttle service. If you want to get around jsut book a tour at the hotel - they make good prices.

Palayana means escape!. It's a good place to escape from the chaos in the city. It' very peaceful and quiet. It's located opposite FlyNow outlet in Hua Hin. Yogurt hotel made is awesome for breakfast.

Overall, It was good to relaxing in this place. But I'm not sure about SHA at here. I saw less than 10% wear medical/fabric mask in the common area. It would be great if it has sign and staff ask the cooperation.

Great room, Best View and Friendly Staff”
One of the best resorts i have stayed. Was given a free upgrade upon arrival with my parents. We had a room with jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the sea, a big sitting room and big bed and bathroom! Staff were very friendly and brought us up to the room. Found out that one of room door was not unable to lock and staff quickly rectify and change the lock within 1 hour. Thanks for your efficiency! Location is a bit far from the city but we had a driver so it is alright for us.

Relaxing Break”
Great place for a relaxing break. You will need a vehicle to get around. A perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy life. Mind you we went in September the off Peak season perfect for us, also the weather was very good to us, hardly any rain. Great food at ChumpView restaurant near by, nice walk on the beach. All in all a great break, may make it my annual retreat.
